 + -1 moreTrott's salesman was helpful as we chose the carpet. The installers were great! We had the bedroom empty of furniture as we had just finished hurricane repairs in that room. That furniture was in the living room. The two installers moved all the furniture out to the lanai or into the kitchen until the installation was finished. There was no damage to the new paint on the floor of the lanai. Before we knew it it was time to move everything back in place. They were very patient while we figured out where it all went. We would definitely use Trott's for another flooring purchase!
Description of Work: We replaced our living room/dining room and master bedroom carpet.

 + 0 moreThey were professional, friendly, accurate with measurements and installation. The showroom is really nice with so many options to choose from. The people who work in the showroom do not work on commission so they will show you anything you want to see, give the good and bad with various options and give you time to look around without following you around. The installers were punctual, friendly and worked steadily until the instillation was done. They were careful with the furniture moving it around and putting it back. I changed the layout of one room and they were happy to oblige my request. I am very happy to recommend Trotts for any flooring need.

 + 0 moreThis company is one that I would recommend to anyone needing emergency carpet repair or to anyone needed new carpet installed. They were punctual, answered phone calls and answered all questions in a satisfactory manner. The carpet is of the quality we expected and the men who installed it were professional throughout the entire process.
Description of Work: We had a plumbing flood due to a piece of PVC pipe being left in the sewer line by the original contractor. The entire had to be replaced in spite of the extreme efforts by ServPro to dry it out. Trotts installed new carpet and padding and matched what we previously had installed. They moved furniture and protected it in a very professional manner. They treated antiques as if they were a part of their own home and family heirlooms. They worked with us to submit insurance claims, take photos and make our lives as easy as was possible considering the disruption. They were extremely helpful in removing the damaged carpet and pad (AND the razor blades and other miscellaneous items that had been left under the original carpet. They hauled away the damaged carpet after taking photographs for the insurance company.

 + 2 moreTrott's Carpet is one of the best businesses I have dealt with in the 18 years living in the Daytona Beach area. They answered all my questions let me take home tons of samples anytime. Patti was very helpful with helping me pick out tile and hardwood floor and they had very friendly and professional personnel. I will definitely be using them again. They did and excellent job with the installation and their customer service is spectacular. When they said they were coming they came. I am having more flooring installed in the future and will definitely be using them,
Description of Work: I had tile replaced in my kitchen, foyer, breakfast nook and laundry room, I had wood floor put in my family room and had tile replaced on a fireplace in my family room. Also had a backsplash installed in my kitchen.
