Terrible. They never took 1 picture to let them know where the items were in the house. They never wrapped many of the items. Items that were to be crated were not. Many items were damaged or broken. They took our items to a storage facility we provided. When we seen the facility and how they crammed our belongings in we were horrified. We immediately contacted the company. They arrived and repacked lots of items and readjusted how things were crammed in the unit. They also wrapped items that were supposed to be wrapped. The owner of the company came ans looked. He gave us a refund of $9000 or the $19000 we paid. He opened a claim with the insurance company we paid extra for. The Insurance Co. refused to pay, stating the general manager told him the items were damaged like that when he moved them. He had no pictures to support this. If he thought items were broken before he picked them up why didn't he make notes or take pictures? Some of our furniture was less than 6 weeks old.
