Description of Work: After getting quotes between $6000 and $13,000 (or not wanting to do it at all) to install a central heating and cooling system into a 1937 beachside Daytona home we got a quote from Tom for $4825 which was wonderful in itself. But beyond that we were impressed with his knowledge, positve can-do attitude, and professionalism. Not only were he and his crew on time, they were early - how refreshing. Both Tom and his crew were pleasant and efficient in getting their work done. Any questions we would have, Tom would say "let's take a look at it" and explain fully to our satisfaction and never with any impatience or attitude. He helped us in every way to solve problems and save money. Rather than wrapping all the beautiful ducting from 1937 in the full basement (to keep it from sweating) he suggested we buy a dehumidifier instead. It has worked beautifully and saved us extra expense. Tom is also very conscientious about historic detail in older homes and will work with you to acheive the efficient heating and cooling you are looking for while maintaining the integrity of the home. He is a problem solver with your best interest foremost.
