They were excellent. He is an excellent craftsman.

Bob was here every morning it did not rain to complete the work. It was all completed and more in a timely fashion.

Bob had done work for me before and does an excellent job. He removed the old wood without disturbing any of the other framework. He also did some filling in of a few places that needed it. He always goes above and beyond. Of course, the job was perfect. I don't give a second thought to the price because I know what the quality will be.

It was a pleasure working with Bob. I deal with alot of vendors through my job and rarely does a vendor communicate as timely and as accurately as he did. Bob did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. His work was great and I will definitely use him in the future.

From start to finish, everything was just great. Bob was able to come out a few months ago and give us a quick estimate for the job. We actually waited awhile to have the work done as we were not 100% sure we wanted to do the remodel. We finally decided we wanted the extra storage space on the first floor so we called Bob again and he was able to start the job the following week. They had most of the work done in one day, but Bob came out a few extra trips for some cosmetic work. We didn't have to ask for any adjustments or repairs as we were very satisfied with his work. Overall, we are very satisfied with the work Bob did for us and would definitely use him again in the future, I recommend you do the same!

Bob was extremely polite, efficient and professional. He gave an estimate but found more damage than originally seen once he got into the project and removed drywall. Understandable with water damage, he called me and we discussed the additional work before he proceeded. He cleaned up all debris and provided a recommendation for a drywaller to complete the project. He worked to our schedule and was on time and ready to work. We had one bit of confusion on the original scheduling of the job and he continued to apologize for the error. Have lined him up to do some additional trim repair work in the back of the house.

Bob's work is superior! He's also very friendly, professional, prompt and tidy (even placed his equipment and materials to side of drive before he left for lunch!). I will definitely call Bob again when I need carpentry work done.

He was prompt when he came out to inspect and also to do the work. Previous estimates were to replace the entire window at a cost of $1300 at $600 Bob was a good deal. Bob also painted the exterior of the window's new trim, but he did not paint the interior as I thought he would, but I didn't question it.

My request for a quote was responded to within 48 hours. His quote included photographs of my home and the areas that would need repair. Bob was upfront with me that he couldn't take on my project for a month - as I had contacted him at a very busy time of year. Since I wasn't in a hurry that was no problem. Bob kept in touch and started when promised. He and his associate were very polite, tidy, and on time. The final charge ended up being less than the original quote, as the service door was less expensive than Bob had planned. I appreciated that! I am very pleased with the work Bob did, and will certainly use Solutions in Carpentry in the future.

WORK WAS DELIVERED ON TIME AT THE ESTIMATED COST. DROP CLOTHS AND SHOE COVERS WERE USED, AND ALL CONSTRUCTION MESS WAS CLEANED UP, WHICH WE WERE SO APPRECIATIVE OF. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, AND FRIENDLY.
