Description of Work: I contacted 3 specialists to take care of my lovely wood windows which had been unattended to for 4 years. Bob responded directly to my request for a quote, came out within a couple of days and provided a well prepared quote detailing the repairs he would make. He also printed it out and brought it to me as I was experiencing computer challenges at that time. His prices were competitive and he starting working within a week. He began and completed the work on time in a very satisfactory, high quality manner.

Description of Work: Our painter found a few rotted boards while painting our exterior. He recommeded Solutions in Carpentry to replace them. Solutions promptly came and replaced the boards. There was no delay in the painting. Solutions worked independently from the painter, and billed me independently.

+ -1 moreBOB IS GREAT CARPENTER. HE WAS ON TIME AND VERY NEAT. HIS WORK AND WORK HABITS ARE EXCELLENT. HE SAVED ME MONEY. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM WITHOUT ANY RESERVATIONS.
Description of Work: WE HAD 12 WINDOWS WHOSE SASHES AND FRAMES HAD DETERIORATED ALLOWING THE ELEMENTS TO GET INTO THE BRICKS OF OUR HOME. MOST OTHERS RECOMMENDED A FULL WINDOW REPLACEMENT, HOWEVER, BOB RENNIER WAS ABLE TO REPAIR RATHER THAN REPLACE AT A CONSIDERABLE LESS COST. IN ADDITION, WE HAD A SMALL BALCONY WHOSE RAILS AND SUPPORT NEEDED REPLACEMENT.
