Came out to make sure everything was dry. They cleaned up some of the mess that the other restoration company left. They informed me of all the things that should have happened during the water damage. Our insurance company sent them out to make sure that our previous restoration company did their job, which wasn’t the case. They had to rip up more flooring and also base boards that were left. We were very pleased with Service Master’s knowledge on what should have happened and wish we had had them from the beginning.
Description of Work: We used Service Master to clean up our water damage.
