Roy showed up on time as always and installed the laminate counter top professionally at a very reasonable price. Over the years, he's performed a variety of services in and around my house. He's always on time, trustworthy and very reasonably priced. I'll continue to use his services as long as there's something that needs to be improved or fixed.

I called and spoke to Roy and told him the problem. He said he'd be out the following week but he never showed.

They keep in communication like when he had to order the beam. He called me to let me know he could find it at this place for this amount of dollars or at this other place for this amount of dollars. He gave me the choice. I can't say enough good things about him and his son. I don't know how many contractors would have known how to replace this support beam the way they did it, like an old ship builder. The way they repaired it you can't even tell that the beam was spliced together. I was so impressed. They did some repair work around my home but said they would need to work on creating a way to fix/repair a support beam on my porch that was rotted. This support beam was on my screened in patio and supported the shingled patio roof and second floor deck. They called me when they decided how they were going to do that and let me know the cost of the cedar beam, the time it would take before the lumber yard could get this in since lumber yards around here do not keep these in stock and then called again as soon as it came in and were able to come to my home and repair this just two days later. The communication is always there and I highly recommend them. You don't have to worry about them leaving a mess and you having to clean it up yourself. They clean up after every job. Their prices are very fair and they're always prompt. They arrive on the day they say they will be here and they're always on time.
