+ -1 moreI left a message, and Roy called me back to schedule an appointment to look at my problem. He sent me a written quote for repairs a few days later. A few days after that, he made the suggested repair. The roof was replaced by a different company eight years ago and developed a leak within the last year. Roy started with the most likely and least costly way to repair the leak, but told me up front that this may not be the final solution, but in his experience and based upon the way the previous roofer nailed on the shingles around the vent, it was a good bet. I wish I had known about Roy Hand when I had my roof replaced originally!

Description of Work: The minute he drove in to my yard he told me that just by looking at the roof he knew what the problem was and after climbing up there with his son he was right.

Description of Work: I had some minor roof leakage which needed fixing, and a elective project on my back garage. I contacted Roy Hand and he came out in a reasonable time and looked over my job and told me he would get in touch shortly, which he did and sent me a proposal. I accepted this proposal and was told it would be a couple of weeks before they could start. Maybe a week later than the projected start time was when they actually started and fixed the majority of the job and completed all of the job less than a week later. I am 100% satisfied with their work and Mr Hand and will not hesitate to contact them again in the future. They were referred to me by another firm that I have dealt with for 30+ years and I was not let down by either firm.
