+ -1 moreFirst of all I was told for them to come out it would be 90.00 which then turned ou being 100.00!! Then the part for the stove door lock costed 189.00 then when the guy put the stove back together he ruined a piece of rubber on the stove thank God I noticed and we had to stop him before he pulled out and he said he would order us another one !! We came to find out the piece of rubber is 182.00 now I just noticed he put the rubber in wrong so I will be calling them back to fix it !! I would never use them again nor recommend them !! I could have bought a new stove with what they chaged me !!

Went to work immediately while having to be somewhat of a contortionist because of the location of the refrigerator. Replaced a relay. At what I considered to be a fair price.

+ -1 moreThe service man arrived in the afternoon after a morning call and analyzed the circuit board. He informed me that this model was made for Sears by LG. The unit has many circuit boards designs and did bring one with him. It was a different number but would work the refrigerator but not the display. He ordered the circuit board for this model and replaced it Monday 6/24. He was very prompt and neat, will have their service again. And thee wife was happy to have it functioning again.
Description of Work: Called for a Kenmore bottom Freezer/ French Doors Refrigerator service.

Description of Work: We recently used Rick's for a Lowe's warranty repair & our experience was great ! He arrived on time, got to the root of the problem quickly & had to order an unusual part. The part arrived in a couple of days & he was back to our home & had it fixed in no time. Rick is a good guy & apparently his wife works the phone ar their office. We WOULD use Rick's anytime in the future !!
