Main countertop-right in front that couldnt be covered up had huge cloudy flaw in it that we were never told about-he said they didn't want to put a seam in so that was the way it had to be. I didn't notice it until it was installed already. The main installer was hard to understand and he treated his helpers just terribly!! I was embarrassed for them! The price seemed fair at first but I think they use seconds- stay away from these people!! The girl up front was very nice but she was the only one that was.

We explained to the homeowner that granite is natural stone and we could not control the variations. We did offer to replace the top and put a seam in the sink area but they declined stating they did not want a seam. We also offered to remove and give them a full refund which they declined as well.The husband requested half off to accept as is and we declined as this was unreasonable. A reasonable discount was reached at the end. This project was completed 06/21/13. We are surprised by this with the amount of time that has gone by. We are always improving our customer service skills and strive to make the customer happy. We are sadden that this homeowner is unhappy.

They did the entire job in one day, and did a great job. I highly recommend them! They did everything they could to make sure I was happy. I thought one of the drawers looked a little crooked and they sent people back out and fixed it and made sure I thought everything was perfect before they left. iIt is so much better to go to a place like Granite Direct than a place like Lowe's or Home Depot because you can pick out the actual piece of stone that will go into your kitchen. My kitchen now looks beautiful! I will go back to them for bathroom updates.

Awful- they arrived late, one of the two workmen spoke little or no English, they left things for me to do myself, and tore the wallpapter in the kitchen.

Dealing with Natural Granite Galleries was a positive experience. They went out of their way to help us locate the perfect granite in Orlando for our kitchen and laundry room. Lisa is awesome, nothing is too much trouble for her. Kim's knowledge about granite is priceless. The granite was installed on the date promised. I would recommend them to anyone. It would have been nice to get a call after the installation was completed to see if we had any concerns, but unfortunately, customer service after the sale seems to have gone by the wayside. Overall, they did a great job at what we thought was a fair price.

We provide a customer completion certificate for the customer to complete. If this is done we usually do not call, but this is something that we will talk over and consider as a follow up procedure. We are always looking for ways to improve and customer service is very important to us.

We provide a free estimate to customers that bring in there measurements. We ask for the customer to come in and look at the stock we have. Are stock is always changing and the prices vary. Once a color is selected we would work the estimate up according the the selection. If we make a trip to the field we ask for the template fee of $50.00. This will be what we fabricate from. We hope that you would come in and look at our selection and bring your measurements.

The gentleman that installed the countertops did a a nice job and were very professional and nice but LISA and NICHOLAS were complete opposite.
Description of Work: Countertops were installed in our home yesterday and when sink was installed we noticed numerous scratches on the stainless steel. These scratches were so obvious and completely unacceptable to just ignore the damage. They were all over our sink and not there before so my husband called the company while the last part of the countertops were being installed and spoke with Lisa and Nicholas. Both told my husband that there wasnt anything they could do and they did not put the scratches there and they wanted the rest of the cash. My husband told them yes someone from there did and we want it fixed. Both argued with my husband and were so unprofessional and rude. You would think they would do everything possible to correct this error especially since all they have to do is replace the sink but no they responded with we will tell our guys to just go ahead and stop the job and leave until we get this resolved. WHHHATTTT now your going to leave our home without finishing the rest of our countertops. My husband called them back and Lisa the office manager said that the only thing they could do is order a repair kit. Oh and by the way this was a cash deal. They ended up finishing the coubtertops and my husband paid them another 1/4 of the price in cash. Nothing was done with the sink and now we have nice countertops and a scratched up stainless steel sink. Who would want to have all this work done and money paid for countertops to end up with a scratched sink? NOBODY... I am just so disappointed in these people and their response to this whole situation. I would not recommend these people to anyone and if I have to plan on taking them to small claims court if this isnt resolved quickly.

This was a used sink (Drop In) that the customer wanted to use. We do no recommend using existing sinks just because of things like this. We explained that when we picked up the sink this is how we received it. The only reason we needed the sink was to make a cardboard template so the the sink could be cut and this was explained to the customer. As good customer service faith I explained that we would order a use and care kit at no charge. He declined and wanted a new sink. I do not know how old the sink is but over time stainless steel will scratch. This was a Previously Installed sink. This was a drop in that the customer wanted to make into a undermount as well. The homeowner was suppose to drop off the sink but kept putting it off finally 2 days before install we made arrangements to have it picked up as we could not delay our schedule. We take pride in our work as well as Customer Service. It is unfortunate that there are difficult people out there like this. The homeowner held back $900.00 from the completed job. The cost to replace the sink is $200.00. We are still working to resolve the issue. Looking at this I think it could be buyers remorse. They have received beautiful countertop and now rethinking the used sink.

Excellent: I offered to pay ALL CASH and I was able to negotiate an additional discount. I was suprised how low their price was. I did not even shop around for a btter price because I felt they were very reasonable,.

Very nice folks. They greeted us at the gallery and showed us different possibilities for our kitchen cabinets and countertops. Very Professional and polite.
