+ -1 moreIt always goes well. Once when the problem would be time consuming to correct, he took my computer with him and solved the problem after much time. He did NOT upcharge me. He knows computers and their many idiosyncrasies. He intuits, analyzes, and gets the job done.
Description of Work: Sam Peignand reformatted computers, added/deleted software, removed viruses, installed software for peripherals, organized files, removed malware, set preferences, etc. In general, he has done most types of work on my computer for me.
