Description of Work: Checked and replaced where needed complete sprinkler system, 6 points. On hot days my lawn would look like a dryed up prune. I hope this will be my first summer I don't have to watch it every min, so far so good. I have 3.4 acers of lawn to worry about.

Description of Work: Had a broken irrigation sprinkler head, actually it was the connecting pipe underground. Called and left message. Call was promptly returned and an appointment was made. Mike showed up right on time and proceeded to repair the pipe and replace the head. Then he checked the operation of the entire system, adjusting heads as needed. I inquired about rain sensor operation, I had always had my doubts about it's proper operation. Mike proceeded to check out the wiring in the control panel. Wiring appeared to be correct. He proceeded to get a ladder and check the sensor itself. He took it apart and everything looked OK. Then he turned on the system and sprayed water from the garden hose into the sensor. He found out the the sensor itself was not shutting down the system correctly. After taking the sensor apart he determined that the sensor had dried up over time and needed to be replaced, which he promptly did. I'd like to point out that he had all the correct parts to complete all work in a timely manner to my complete satisfaction at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use Mike's company again in the future. This is the second time I have had to use Mike's services and each time he was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend his company.

Description of Work: I found Mike here on Angie's list and called him to come out and give me an estimate. We hooked up and he surveyed my entire yard and the problems I was having in all 4 zones of my irrigation coverage. Most of the sprinkler heads either were not working or were the wrong type of heads, etc. Mike gave me an estimate and a date when he could come back to do the work. He also had the task of having to deal with 2 different irrigation systems, one that was installed when the house was built and another that was installed approx 8 years ago. When Mike came back and tackled my enormous problems with all the sprinklers it ended up being a 2 day job but he managed to get it all done including relocating some sprinklers and installing a mount and spigot for me. He did an excellent job, was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He reset my control box and explained a lot about the workings of that which I didn't know. The end result was a job well done and Mike came in at $150.00 under his estimate saving me money. I would definitely refer Mike to anyone I know and call on him again if I needed further work done. Description of Work: Was supposed to come to evaluate the sprinkler system. Never came or called. Didn't appreciate waiting all day and he didn't show up.

Description of Work: When I contacted this service based on the listing, I was told he did not service Deltona. I gave a C rating because I wan't allowed to do an N/A rating. I cannot comment on the services since I am not eligible to receive them.
