They come automatically. We've never had any bugs since we've been here.

If they see anything, they guarantee the house for life that there will never be any and if there is they will take care of it right away. They come once a year they take care of it. We don't have any. They need to bring their own high ladder. They usually forget theirs. Takes maybe an hour.

They were all professional and polite........and willing to compete for my business.

The offer me a warranty of 100% satisfaction or your money back and they did NOT honor it! They asked payment in advance because of the warranty. They did NOT trim the shrubs, they broke instead of fixing my sprinklers, the pest control was NOT good! They came several times and promise to fix it but they NEVER deliver! I strongly suggest NOT to use Massey!

I use the same pest control I have used for a long time. We buy by the year and they come as often as we need them. I would tell family and friends that they are very reliable.

I have been using them for a few years. They do a number of things for me like fertilization of the yard and insect control inside and outside. They're very good. The staff is great. I recommended them to people.

It went fine. They are a great company.

They came and sprayed the lawn and handled pest control on the inside. These are routine services that we have. I have noticed though that we do have an increased amount of weeds and this may be because they haven't cleaned from house to house and we are getting other people's weeds brought in. Overall good. They are professional and courteous.

I do use them and they are a good price. They wrote it up so that I can pay as needed. They were excellent and they were very professional.

We have been happy with the service provided by Massey. We haved called for problems with sugar ants and they come out to our house right away to take care of the problem.

I have a contract with them. They kill the bugs.

Evan came to the house and listened to what I had to say about what was concerning me, he then went through the house and told me what he saw inside and outside and he did not rush through the appointment which is done so often with services and something I hate. He was patient, he described all my options and answered every one of my questions (there were a lot) He went through the contract with me and let me ask more questions. He was professional, friendly, patient and kind. He heard my dogs barking (at him) and told me what they use to treat my home inside and out and assured me that the pups would not be poisoned by the treatment.. He came back after my first treatment and asked if everything went well and if I had any questions and has called a couple times and checked in to be sure all is well. He even went out of his way to close up two holes in my crawlspace that he thought vermin could get through (which I know is not his job but he went out of his way for us). After a couple days of the initial spraying, I noticed a drop in spiders and wasps and palmetto bugs etc.. and after a week and a half, I saw no bugs. They come back and check the and quot;ratand quot; bait stations and retreat for the bugs and ask if I have any concerns and treat wherever I ask them to. Great service and will not ever get rid of it!

They were very good and we didn't have any bugs while we were using them. We had to drop them because we are strapped for cash right now. They were less expensive than most other places and still did a good job. We only had to call them once in between spraying and they came very quickly.

I'm happy with the pest situation but not entirely happy. They are supposed to come at regular intervals but I usually have to call them.

I am on an annual plan where they come out every 4 weeks or as needed. I pay an annual fee to have them treat me for termites and pests. They are very responsive. I had a situation where I needed them to come out to treat some areas of the property where we had some work done. We have dogs and they always call ahead. They are very conscious of me as the customer. I just renewed my second annual contract with them.

They are excellent. We have been using them about three years.

Massey treats my home mainly outside for pests but they also do some spraying inside. I am very pleased with their services and will continue to use them for pest control services.
