Kitchen Systems

bbWe moved my mom into our home and built her a little apartment. I wanted her to have a little kitchen but she has some mobility issues and I found that this provider Kitchen Systems made some handicap kitchenettes. Well, on the website I found just the one that would be great.....I ordered it with some upgraded wood and the price went way up, but I ordered it anyway. Well, the one that came shipped, was not the one in the picture on his website. It also didn't fit correctly. I asked the provider, Warren Robbins, if he could make a top to match the wood and told him this was not what the picture on his website advertised. He just said, yeah, I haven't changed that picture yet. He also gave me different hardware than I ordered and told me they discontinued the stuff we ordered but he still had it on his website. The part that he "made" to try and help us match up the kitchenette came in the wrong size and wasn't even finished on one side. I told him about the problem and he just flipped me off and said he wasn't going to do anything else, I was on my own. So, I feel it my obligation to warn others of this guy who has false advertising on his website and over charges for the poor work he does do.
