Description of Work: Removed blinds and carpet with cleanup and minor repairs. Provided estimates for remodeling garage and closets which will be performed later this month.

+ -1 moreJim tore out an old shower-surround in our master bathroom, rebuilt the one side wall to accommodate the new shower surround which was larger. Because the new shower surround's fit is so tight, the shower floor and floor just outside the shower floor squeaks quite bad. Did ask Jim to come back out and asked if we could have a grab bar installed, but he just looked at me and said nothing. Jim's a nice man, but we would not hire again for any general work around the home. We are thinking of next year having the shower stall ripped out again and redone.

+ -1 moreAlthough Jim arrived on schedule and sounded interested in providing me a quote for doing work around my house, he never sent the estimate and never responded to my requests. Luckily, I found this out before hiring him to do the job. I will not call him in the future.

Description of Work: Once again we called Jim. He tore out an old built in dresser and laid a new sub floor in the front bathroom. He is fast, efficient and very neat! We will be calling him again in a few months to redo the half bath.

+ -1 moreOverall, we can not say enough good. You will not be sorry if you hire Jim. And the people he hires are also great!
Description of Work: Tore out complete bathroom. Installed new shower, hung new dry wall,vainty, flooring. He and people he hires did it all and it is amazing!! We are in an older mobile home so this was no easy task. He hires only the best and he is just the best we have ever hired.
