J&J GUTTERS INC

J & J installed new gutters on my home. The estimator was polite, professional and always on time. He also was very accommodating to my busy schedule. I was very impresses with the professionalism in which this job was done. They even cleaned the tree branches off of my roof. The gutters and fascia covers are beautiful and work great. The cleanup they did was unbelievable, down to the last little piece of paper on the ground. I would highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again.

It worked out great! They were great to work with and I got a great price from them!

I believe I have a leak in two places and placed a call to them. The girl in the office told me the gutters were probably clogged and I told her I had cleaned them that morning because of expected heavy rainfall. She said someone would call me back. I placed five other calls to the Daytona Beach office and after the first call my calls were always routed to voicemail, I believe because of caller ID. No one has called me back after six phone calls. I do not recommend J & J Gutters, Inc. because their business card says "All work guaranteed" but they obviously do not follow up on problems. I would not use them again.

When they first came out we had hired them to do the whole house. When they came out they couldn't hang the gutters because of some rotted wood. They only hung what they could and we paid them in cash. The first rain the gutters were leaking so we called them. When we called we left a message and Lance Krupa called us back to say someone would be out to fix them. When the gentlemen came out last week he sent a crew back about 3-5 guys to fix the gutter. I wanted him to talk to my husband while he was here and they discussed not to caulk the gutter because that is not the problem. They started caulking; which we told them not to and discussed that it was not the problem again. The gutter was not hung properly in the first place and it has never been fixed. It is very difficult to reach them by calling the company. We would call Lance Krupa and he did not answer everytime we have called him either. We have tried calling them 8-10 days easy. Everytime it rains now the water is going against the wood on the house. It drips between the back of the gutter and the house. This is unacceptable and it should of been done right the first time. Now we are trying to get ahold of the company to come out to fix the problem and we are getting nowhere. UPDATE: Came out to fix problem while I was not home and they didn't let me know they were going to come by, but my son was home. The company did not ring the door bell or let us know that they were there. When I returned home, there were strips of plastic across the gutter which had been nailed down and it looks awful. I was told that they would take the gutter down and place it the correctly on our home, but that is not what was done. My neighbor said that they never took it off the home, as they said they would. I never gave my approval for it to be repaired this way. I just want them to come and take it off of my home.

Job well done at a reasonable price.
