And when he was about done we decided we needed to change where the water went in our front flower bed and he was so nice to redo some of his work. I would recommend using this service. He was a little late but did call and say he was on his way--great communication. |

Description of Work: My husband called and explained we needed all of our sprinklers checked to make sure they were working properly and that all areas of our yard were getting watered. The gentleman he spoke with was very professional over the phone. He said it would be $65 per hour and that would start he minute the truck was dispatched. He offered to have someone come out that day but we weren't available so it was set up for the next day. The technician called about 20 minutes before they arrived so we knew to expect them. John and Nick arrived on time and were both very nice and professional. They checked each sprinkler making sure they were working properly, not spraying on the house and making sure all the grass was getting coverage. They replaced a dozen sprinkler heads, adjusted some of the heights of the sprinklers and also adjusted the watering times for each zone. We are very pleased with the work that was performed. It took about 2 1/2 hours. They only reason we cannot give them an A is because we were not told when we called to make the appointment that the technician gets $65 an hour and his helper gets $45. You can imagine the surprise when they gave us the invoice and there was a separate charge for the helper. Other than that we are very pleased and would use them again.

Description of Work: I had used his service about a year ago to repair sprinkler issues.. Was impressed by his professionalism and cost. This time I needed a new sprinkler timer. It was a Friday afternoon and he was on his way home when he got my call. Came right over. Spent well over an hour replacing the unit, giving us easy to inderstand instruction and he checked all the sprinkler heads (5 zones) before he finished. Work was professional and precise. He is the owner and takes pride in his workmanship. Would definitely use again as needed.
