+ -1 moreThe estimator arrived on time for the initial appointment and provided a written estimate of the scope of the work. The price was the most cost effective of all that I obtained. Once the contract was signed, the job was promptly scheduled. Installers showed up on schedule and completed the work within a few hours. During the first subsequent rain, I noticed that one downspout elbow was leaking. The estimator responded promptly to my call, identified the leak, and inspected the other downspouts for potential problems. Within 2 weeks of my call reporting the problem, he also returned to replace the damaged elbow and brought out two splash blocks which I had determined were needed.
Description of Work: Installed seamless gutters and leaf guard for these gutters on my villa style home on the side & the rear of my home which did not have gutters. Installed leaf guard on a short existing gutter on my garage. Installed leaf guard on existing gutter common to my home and adjoining villa. Cleaned already existing gutters prior to installing leaf guard. Additionally, cleaned the short already existing gutter on the villa adjoining mine to prevent run-off from that roof ponding next to my home's foundation.

Description of Work: They installed gutters on my home. Gutters were loose. Rain filled and didn't work. Did not do job that was on paper. Sent someone back to fix and worse than before. I refused to pay and told them they had 48 hours to remove. No one showed up. Owner would not get on phone. I had another company WKL Roofing come and remove gutters and do job properly. Job came out great. J&J put lien on my home for non payment. They trespassed on my property and stole the gutters that were taken off, although they denied that. I have video of them doing it. Stay away from these guys. They are amateurs .
