+ -1 moreFrom start to finish from ordering to delivering to final product very unsatisfied.
Description of Work: Window treatments installed but took twice as long to have put in with no communication from company saying the produt would be longer then once installed one item was damaged so had to wait for another window treatment to come in. when that treatment was in finally installed it didnt look professionally done so called company and they wanted to charge me to come out and remove the window treatment. The gentleman argued with me about charging me $50 to come back out when it took them a few trips to come back bc of there damaged item. Theyalso said theyd call me back to set up a time to come out and try to fix it but havent called back. Very unprofessional and very unsatisfied with every aspect of this purchase.

+ -1 moreWe received three quotes for the work and Florida Plantation shutters had the best presentation and the most information plantation shutters. Damion, the salesman/installer was very informative and brought a complete presentation kit. He had ideas that we didn't think of. His communication was excellent, keeping us informed of order, shipping, progress. We also got the impression that what he said was truthful and didn't try to fake it if he didn't know the answer. Out of the three quotes Florida Plantation Shutters was in-line with the lowest quote received.
Description of Work: We have a very large (140" X 38") window that we wanted to get plantation shutters for.
