All the folks I encountered at Climate Control were pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Tom & Victor did an excellent install. Obviously they are very skilled craftsman. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I thought the price was good. They were excellent on responsiveness. Two people came out to put in the new unit. The manager came in and gave me a quote. It took a few hours for the work to be completed, about 5 hours. They took out the old unit and put in the new one. They left the area very clean.

I would use them again in future.

We have used this company for many, many years and have been extremely happy with them. While we would categorize many of the service providers in this area as poor, Climate Control is just the opposite. They are punctual and responsive. We discovered that we had a heating problem with one of our units midway through a Friday afternoon on a relatively cool day for Florida. Expecting that we would have to wait until Monday to get someone out, we were very happy when they said they could send someone out that afternoon. Maybe it was because they weren't busy -- but I'd like to think that they were treating a good customer in a first-class way. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

I've used them for twenty five years. Their prices are fair. They are prompt; if there's a problem they come and take care of it. They are nice and friendly people.

My A/C quit working Saturday, July 21, after 5:00 p.m. (of course!). Matt came out Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. My unit was on its third repair, but only 11 years old. Matt found a freon leak. He repaired the leak. I had him measure everything for possibly a new unit. I spoke with Sean Tuesday about pricing and rebates from FPL. The unit was ordered and installed Friday, July 27. Matt did the installation. He was courteous and knowledgeable about his product. I was quite impressed that he could endure the heat. It was after all the hottest day of this year, so far, and far hotter in that attic! He patiently explained the new programmable thermostat to me after finishing the installation. Bobbie called from Climate Control twice to make sure everything was working well, to thank me for the purchase, and to give me an opportunity to voice any concerns. The system is much quieter and cools my home so quickly. I am very pleased that I chose to replace my old unit with a Trane through Climate Control. I highly recommend Climate Control.

The overall experience was excellent. I didn't have any problems with them. The price was competitive. They did a good job. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. I would use this provider again.

They were priced accordingly based on the size of the air conditioning unit and the amount of duct work they had to do. They were excellent. They were prompt and finished their work when they said they would. They didn't stop and go on other jobs which is a common practice for contracts when they are busy; they just drop us and go to whoever is calling them the loudest. They did a good job and everything is fine. Their quality of the unit is up to the individual with regards to the manufacturers they choose. We have used some of the equipment before so we are pretty knowledgeable with the type of equipment that we want to use. They were very responsive. Our overall experience with them has been excellent.

The technician was very knowledgable. He also informed us that the A/C unit was still under its original warranty, and that we would only have to pay for the labor charge of installing a new compressor. We had the work done and are pleased with the results. A/C is working fine now, and the price was reasonable. We will be setting up a service contract with Climate Control for future needs.

Made an offer on a beach front condo in july and was told by home inspector that although functioning, the 21year old hvac was on its last leg. closed on condo in august and had one week to get HVAC replaced before i had to head home Called 4 companies for estimates. All responded. Selected climate control after much consideration. #1--Really wanted a Trane system. They promised to get the work completed as soon as a work permit was obtained which took 2 days. Climate Control wasn't the cheapest and wasn't the most expensive, but I really liked that they didn't try to sell me more than I needed. I was ready to buy the fancy remote thermostat control,but he said he couldn't recommend it as it was so new and he didn't have feed back on it yet. I agreed, I could save that expense...anyway, they knocked on my door at EXACTLY the appointment time. I was told it would take about 4 hours and it did. The two men left everything nice and tidy. System is working well.

I called a competetor to come to my home and give me a quote for new system. They never showed up! I called Cliamate Control and spoke to Shaun who was extremely informative and helpful to me. They scheduled a representative to come to my home and give me a quote. The quote was very reasonable and I liked the courtesies of all their employees. I signed their proposal and the new unit was installed three days later. The installers were very professional and did a very good job! I am a stickler for companies that treat their customers with respect, Cliamate Control does that and more! I highly recommend them!

When our air conditioner broke down we called Climate Control and they were there within an hour gave an estimate and day they could return to fix it. On the day of the repair the company was prompt and completed the work in no time. We also received a discounted price from them. We paid the exact estimate price. My husband and I will not hesitate to call them for any air conditioning issues and would not use anyone else. If you want prompt, courteous and affordable service they are the ones to call.

They were very diligent with their work. They would call back to check up on how their work was. If you told them anything wrong with their work then they would come out and fix it right up. My husband was very happy with it. Although there hasn't been any problems with any of it. The price was what we were expecting to pay, their were no surprises with that. They were also very helpful in giving discounts for us.
