I was happy with them. The guy was very professional. He sprayed the house and said they will come every four months for that. He explained everything very well. I find it funny that they take their shoes off before coming in to my home as I was not use to this in the former area that I lived in. They are very courteous. Update 8/9/2013: Have been seeing very tiny ants in my house. Called and they sent out a tech the next day. He set several ant traps and resprayed around the outside of the house.

.At a time when obtaining service of any type of service seems to be a struggle, this company has been consistently outstanding. They are friendly, courteous, and responsive. I have never gone more than one work day without a telephone response. They will arrange appointments at a time convenient for you. Their employees are punctual and courteous. I admit I detest bugs of any type. If I see more than one in the house, I call Certified for a follow up visit. This has not happened too often, but when I have called, they have never made me feel like I was being irrational. My family and friends question my and quot;bug behaviorand quot; but not Certified.

I called Certified Pest Control BECAUSE they were a local company, not a nationwide chain. The first visit was fine and pricing fine to that point. There has been NO followup. I need another visit/spraying because they did not get rid of the problem with the first visit. This is not unusual so I kept calling. Today [02 Sep 2011] I called again and only heard the answering machine. Perhaps they are getting an early start on the Labor Day weekend. Whatever. I will NOT be using them again. I called another provider and will be writing my experience with them good or bad in coming days.

I called for service and they were very nice at the office and sent someone out that day. The servive man was very nice and understanding. The mouse had chewed through any water line it could. dishwasher, sprayer in sink, frig waterline. 5 days before daughters wedding. He baited the house with pet safe bait and posions in places they could not reach. He called to check on us and we ended up catching a mouse and a sugar glider. The sugar glider was let go in the woods. Sorry, about the mouse. I have stored all food in glass jars and frig. And we still have the bait out just in case. For anyone that has had this problem, it is not an over night fix. But with the help of Pest Control I hope we are getting the jump on it. I feel I can call them at any time for help or ideas to make the house less of a target for mice. Good luck out there.

They gave us an approximate arrival time and were punctual. Very professional. They explained exactly what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. The work was performed in a very thorough and professional way. We have used them for the past several years and find them to be reliable, thorough, honest and fairly priced. I give them the highest recomendation.

The Termidor treatment stirred up some ants outside that then migrated inside, it took a couple of return visits, but we have been pest free since then.

I was very happy with them, they have come back twice now for follow up visits (follow ups are only $20.00) and the problem is much better now.

We discovered sawdust on our window sill in our enclosed porch. We called this company to evaluate the situation and give us an estimate on treatment. There were two reps and they checked out all around the house and determined that there were termites. They explained what chemical they would use and how it works, how long it would last and how often we would need inspections. He told me they could do the job for $550 and it would cost us an additional $95 for an annual inspection. Two days later we hired them to do the treatment and set up a date two weeks later as we were going on vacation. When the date arrived they brought their truck went right to work and had everything done in a couple of hours. They advised us to have gutters put up at least around the enclosed porch where the termites were attracted and told us not to disturb the dirt around the house for at least 24 hours. They were very professional, courteous, informative and timely. I would definitely recommend them for termite control needs.
