Just as I got new sod installed, my sprinkler system went on the fritz. Kevin came the same day and repaired within an hour. Great service. Nice Guy and reasonable price for something I would have taken days to troubleshoot and fix myself. I recommend Kevin and his company without reservation.

BE PREPARED TO SPEND $87 FOR A “FREE” ESTIMATE WITH A SIDE OF RUDENESS! I called and spoke with owner Kevin and scheduled an estimate to get our lawn sprinklers in working order. The tech Marcus came out and looked around the yard for a while, and then told me there was a charge of $87 for the “service call”!!! At no point was this mentioned on my phone call or at the beginning of Marcus’s visit. I told him I assumed this was a free estimate. He was understanding but persistent about collecting the money. I decided maybe this was a misunderstanding and I felt Marcus could do a good job, so I thought about it for a few days and decided to have the work he quoted done. I called to book it and spoke with the owner Kevin, who had never seen my yard. I tried to ask a few questions about the job (a $500+ job) and he gave short brief answers. I could tell that he didn’t have an interest in earning my business, and told him something to that effect. He told me maybe I should shop around and get additional quotes, and my house in Ormond is too far from him anyway. WOW. The owner of a company talks to potential customers like that? Save yourself the trouble and take your business to a place that cares about their customers.

Spoke with Kevin and the team led by Marcus came over the next day. The put in five hours, repaired a couple of breaks in the piping, relocated a couple heads to where they are useful, found a few heads that we had never seen before, and upgraded to higher heads to get the water spread more evenly.

Kevin answered the phone on the 3rd ring, and was able to come over the same day (1.5 hours later to be exact). He said he would be there at 1130 and arrived at that time. He looked our sprinkler controller over and determined that it had shorted out after Hurricane Matthew. He carried that controller on the truck and replaced the unit in 30 minutes. Kevin then showed us how to program and maintain the unit, and then tested our 4 zone lawn irrigation system. We found 3 stuck heads (grass covered), one broken rotating head, and one broken fixed head. He replaced them all and that took another 45 minutes. We were done by 1pm, having called at 10am the same day.

From the free estimate to the return tweeking, this company did a great job.. We appreciate their helpful, polite attitudes and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality sprinkler system.. Great job, guys..

The entire job took four hours. Arrived before they said they would be here. Worked very hard for over four hours. Re-did sprinkler clocks so that my sprinklers run during the legal time. Made sure my sprinklers had the proper heads. He taught me a lot about the system.

Kevin and his team are excellent! I hate dealing with the irrigation system, He has definitely solved a huge problem for me. His quaity of work is excellent, reasonable cost! And he has come instantaneously on occassion. Don't know about anyone else but I know who I am calling to maintain and repair that thing in the yard

RUINED MY ONLY DAY OFF. CAUSE I WILL NOW HAVE TO MOVE THAT 150# WET BOX- ALONE - TO THE BACK YARD WHEN IT IS TIME TO SETUP THE POOL. CAN YOU GET THAT VISUAL?

I called to get an estimate to fix my sprinkler system and the only day we both had available was 2 weeks from the time I called. The rep showed up a little late ( but he did call and advised he was running behind schedule ) He advised I needed a complete new sprinkler system and gave me a rough estimate of $3500.00. I asked him to e-mail me a detailed quote and he stated that he will. Two weeks after his visit I still had not received the e-mail with the detailed quote. I called the rep and asked him about it and he told me he will e-mail it to me later that same day. It's been approx two weeks since I spoke with him on the phone and I'm still waiting for the quote. Both times I asked him if he had my e-mail address, and he stated that he did. I gave up on trying to get him to give me the quote. I guess he did not want the job. If that was the case then all he had to do is tell me instead of wasting my time. As it stands I would NOT recommend this company .

I called several companies for estimates on sod and sprinklers. Some did one or the other. Coastal was referred and contacted by a sod installer. Both arrived at the same time, worked well together and provided me wjth a good price. Installation was quickly completed. Follow-up is promised.
