BUG*MASTER INC

I worked with Bug Masters for a few months trying to get rid of a really bad German cockroach infestation in an apartment building. Modest gains were made, but it was clear after several months that we just were not making adequate headway towards eliminating the pests. I finally went to Mike's Elite Pest Control, which is quite a bit more expensive, and within a month the difference was incredible. Mike used a strategy of using an attractant pesticide in the source unit to draw the bugs out and kill them in place, and a repellent in units that didn't have any problems to keep the bugs from relocating there. Now he does regular treatments using just the repellent and we've had very few problems since. Bug Masters was polite, professional, responsive, etc., but what I wanted was to get rid of the problem, and for that I can rely on Mike's.

They are a very good company! They are easy to work with, and are very conscientious of the fact that we may need to make changes in scheduling from time to time. They have gone out of their way to help me, and I would highly recommend them.

We use them on a continuing basis. We will grade them all A's because they have been very good. They are capable of their job.

BugMaster came out and gave an estimate of services and advised how often he would return to treat our lawn. This set up was acceptable to us, the price was reasonable but we were unable to accept because we are under contract with another company

They did an excellent job and kept costs low during the initial termite inspection. Very professional and friendly. This year, as promised, they sent a reminder card. Also inspected for regular pest control and graciously accepted that I am not ready for regular service without any pushiness or sales rhetoric! Although they found some wood termite evidence, he recommended we replace the wood rather than pay for treatment as replacement would be much less expensive. I always appreciate when a business is honestly interested in saving me money.

I chose to go with another company for the work because the other company had completely natural pest control service; however, the people at BugMasters with whom I spoke were very knowledgeable and polite. If I choose to do conventional pest control in the future, I would certainly use BugMaster.

Overall it went well and Bug Master will be coming back every 3 months to do continuing service.

We had ran into a company that was not professional. This company is always friendly and will make the time to do just what they promise. They now do our termite protection on both our houses. They will give free estimates without obligation and no pressure.

Subterranean Termites were found at my home and I called and got several estimates. Don (the Sales Manager) for Bug*Master came to my house within minutes and quickly diagnosed my problem. Although I found some companies a little cheaper in price, Don had a technician available to start my treatment immediately. I found both Don and the technician (Chris) to be very informative and well educated in their work. All work was cleaned up when they were finished. I was told to expect to see some remaining activity for the next few months, but that is how the stuff they used works. I went on the website for the chemical they used through the link on the Bugmaster website, and confirmed what they said. They did such a good job, they will be starting my pest control in the next week.
