He arrived on time and is a very professional person. He very thoroughly cleaned our lanai cage and lanai floor. As with all the other reviews, I am extremely happy with Bill Kooy's work and will only us him in the future for any of our pressure washing needs.

Bill did a great job. He was professional, on time, and followed up on scheduling prior to coming. The cement deck of one of my screen porches grows a carpet of mold and mildew every year and Bill made it spotless. He even cleaned porch furniture we hadn't talked about in the estimate, a very nice touch. His pricing is very competitive and I will definitely be calling him back next year. I couldn't be happier.

I've had my house pressure washed several times before, and this was by far the best experience and best job. My house had mildew on one side, the driveways were practically black, and the porches were filthy because of the all the rain we've had over the past year. Everything was sparkling by the time Bill left. My porches have never been this clean, and there was not a trace of mildew left on my house. The driveway and sidewalks are brilliant white.

I phoned Bill on the 11 of April and he came out that afternoon. The estimate he gave me was excellent, and I agreed to his services. The following Tuesday he was to be at my house to do the work, but due to a tremendous storm in the area, I had doubts I would see him. A quick break in the clouds and up drove Bill. He pulled out his equipment and immediately went to work. My driveway, gutters and walks have never looked better and Bill even threw in a freebie doing the pavers on the side of the house. My neighbors saw his work and asked him to do their walks too, which he did that very day. I would certainly recommend him to one and all. He is very professional and does know his business.

We live in a 1921 Florida Tabby (Coquino) home which requires special attention for cleaning. It can not be pressure washed in a normal manner. Portions of the roof had significant lichen growth. Bill treated the home with loving care. She is a shining beacon once more. The walk ways are clean enough to eat off of. Bill responded to my call immediately, scheduled a call for an estimate quickly and competed the job the next week. We were very nervous about the project, but Bill was a complete professional - friendly, courteous and punctual. The price was extremely reasonable. He knows what he is doing!! We will use him for all our future needs and recommend him to all our friends. Thank you, Bill!!
