Tom worked with my difficult insurance company, and had to deal with problems created by my horrible general contractor.

Was quoted a price of $45 for first pound of refrigerant and $22.50 for each additional pound but was charged $45 for each , paying an extra $90. Was also billed for 3 hours when it should have been 2 hours. All told overcharge of $135. Work was done correctly.

Tom was a pleasure to deal with. I am an Engineer and know HVAC systems. I have a condo, top floor in a high rise. The "regular provider" in the building's prices were outrageous. I contacted a couple of other vendors and they too were extremely high. Then I called Tom and his price for the 2.5 Tom complete unit was extremely competitive. I gave him the order on the phone and the unit was installed in a professional manner within 48 hours! I am sending his information to all residents in the building and highly recommending Ash Lee Air. They will also be doing my maintenance and service on the new AC. Thanks Tom!

Service call for nothing and said too busy to do work which the work was not needed after another company had to come to do the real work needed.

Just moved in and wanted a spring Tune-up and assessment of the A/C system's condition. Fortunately, the technicians detected a leak in the system and repaired it before it became a big issue during the summer season. They educated me on my system and advised me what to look out for. I will be getting onto Ash-Lee-Air's maintenance program. Thanks to Earl and his son for the fine service.

They were very responsive and quickly solved my problem. Earl was very knowledgeable and friendly. They didn't try to charge me for things that I didn't need and that's rare these days it seems. I will definitely use them again.
