 + 0 moreI got my pool going on 4 years now and I had nothing but issues. I've had the pool pump replaces 3 times, salt cell 2 times, my grout is falling out and the now my panel is not working, and don't get me started on the Constuction; that was a complete poop show. Each time I ask them for help it's been nothing but problems. Never returning phone calls, extremely rude and non-caring. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!

 + -1 moreWHAT A JOKE! If a mouth is moving ... it is a lie. I have everything documented and am filing a complaint with the BBB and contacting our lawyers here. This is not about trust or Covid delays, this is about action or do I say lack of action. The words are always sunshine, we are trying, doing our best, blah blah, but the actions ... what a joke. We paid over 61k now, in cash, and have a shell in a screened room. We paid our downpayment 10 months ago, with the clear expectation and promise that it would be done before 1st of June, but nope. Should have continued to make money on the 61k and gone with a general contractor that does everything in-house, which we now know there are 5 or so full service, in-house, pool contractors. The sub-contractors they use have been fantastic, but Artesian Pools in Daytona Beach is a clown show.

 + -1 moreWhat would I have done differently? We had a seating area added in the deep end of the pool. It was supposed to be wide enough to seat 3 adults. When they dug the pool I could have asked what that "little" area was and the crew would have told me. It was the requested seating area, but it was very small. Had I said something it would have been corrected and I would have a large seating area. Instead we have a small seating area large enough for 1 adult or 3 kids. Moral of the story. What may seem large enough in drawings is often not in reality. So, closely monitor your pool during the dig and during the subsequent structure building. Believe it or not, that is my only issue.
Description of Work: We contacted 3 pool companies in the New Smyrna Beach area. Only 2 showed and of the 2 we chose Artesian Pools. They told us start to finish it would take 6 to 8 weeks,,,weather permitting. Our pool was completedin 6 weeks. We went with Artesian because of the warranties that they provided and the stated quality of the product. They were true to their word, we couldn't be more pleased with the pool, enclosure and workmanship provided by their contractors. They have been in business for approx 35 years under the same ownership. Overall excellent job. I gave them a couple of B's because they were a little higher than their competitors and I don't like dealing with salesmen. I had to call in a couple of times and I did not care for the responses from their sales staff. I spoke to Artesian management about this and it was corrected.

 + -1 moreIt was a nightmare, nobody that spend any kind of money for a service should have to put up with a company like that. THE only time they were on time, collecting money. DONT pay or agree on there payments.
Description of Work: False promises, the deck was thinner as agreed, didn't clean-up, always late, three months past the completion date, and still not done. Not compensated for all the damage they done, (even it was promised) . They telling you, they have there own crew, first ly, and it goes on and on like that. Deck had cracks within the first 6 weeks. (They want to talk you into it, that this is normal) Floor systems is not working, they never came back to level around the screen. THEY are unprofessional from the getgo. Telling you, they are around fro a long time, but, that still doesn't make them good. AT the same time we had our pool installed, friends in Ormond Lakes, had a nightmare experience with them, 10 times worse. WATCH out, bad news.

 + -1 moreTHEY PUT IN BAD POOLS. THEY PUT IN MY POOL, AND IT HASN'T WORKED RIGHT EVER SINCE. IT IS POOR QUALITY. THEY COME OUT TO FIX IT WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG BECAUSE THEY KNOW THAT THEY SCREWED UP. I HOLD THEIR HANDS TO THE FIRE.
