I try to keep my reviews as detailed and objectionable as possible. If you just want the overall summary, scroll down to the section titled TLDR (too long didn't read it.) On 9/2, I had my wife's car towed due to a faulty alternator it had. When it reached the car repair facility of my choice, the hook used to lower the car resulted in the entire bumper being ripped off of the car! Arrow would repair the bumper at their place since they stated that they had a body shop. There of course would be no charge since I wasn't at fault. On 9/4, Arrow picked up the car at their own expense and taken it to their facility. On 9/10, Amanda from Arrow called and told me the car was ready for pick-up. I wasn't able to pick it up until 9/11. When I arrived there, I took a look at the car. Just to note before hand, this is your typical wrecker site - very run down. Luckily I had the Haynes manual so that I can check to be sure the car was done properly as I never worked with a bumper before. As soon as I looked, one of the bolts as loose and the other one was completely missing the nut. That means if the car went over a bump or braked hard the bumper would of probably flew off if the clips broke. Aside from that I noticed other problems. It was missing a side marker light. There was a huge gap between the bumper and the headlights. Even my wife knew that was a problem. One of the fenders was misaligned causing it not to be aligned on top of the headlights. I noticed that a couple of bolts were missing on that fender. Why they were taken off, I have no clue. But it was not like that before. And the last problem I noticed was that the clips under bumper had one missing and another one was not attached. Amanda got a repair-man named Tom to tighten the bolts and get a nut for the other one. After he done that I told him that the other issues were not resolved. This is where he proceeded to give me an attitude problem. He stated that he received a job order to put on a bumper and he done that. I politely told him, that this bumper was not attached correctly - especially due to the gap. He then stated that he attached the bolts and said "what else could I want" At that point, I told him anybody can attach those bolts and the job still isn't done right. I then told him, "I'll just draw up a punch list" of the issues. He stated that "I can draw up a punch list all I want". It's a 22 year old car. That's true. It is an older car. I told him, I don't care about the age. "This car never had it's bumper ripped off before and the job wasn't done right". He stepped away for a little while as I was documenting all the issues. When he came back, he said to give the list to the office and they will decide what to do with it (which was my original plan.) He asked about the other issues and when I pointed out the side marker cover light missing, he kept insinuating that was already missing and a ripped off bumper wouldn't do that. I knew it wasn't missing before. Keep in mind the side marker lights is right above the bumper if you ever saw an older 1991 Honda Accord. In fact, it's get more interesting as what I found out at the end of my experience. I draw up the issues and give it to the front office. They even gave me an attitude by saying "All they can do is pass it on to Amanda" In despite of all these issues, I in no way was belligerent towards any of these employees. An entire week passed and I was surprised I haven't heard from anyone. I was traveling on business and double checked with everybody that nobody called. I decided to send an email that they had listed in the office (luckily I jotted it down just in case of situations like this.) I sent an email on 9/18 indicating these were still issues and noted Tom's lack of professionalism. And I also attached a picture of the car I taken 6 months ago Not sure if it's a coincidence, but I received a call on 9/21 that the car is done. I couldn't make it due to my work and picked it up on 9/22. I looked at it and it was finally done correctly. They also jumped our car. Not sure if they let something drain or if the battery wasn't charged after the alternator was replaced. The battery appears to be good as I can start it up after this review.. And there was no apology on taking so long or Tom's professional issues. I simply signed a paper that the job was done and didn't cost me anything. I have no clue why it took so long to re-attach a bumper. There wasn't any body damage to the frame or anything like that. And thankfully there was no frame damage. If I had so much issues with the bumper, I surely wouldn't want them working on frames. So if you read my entire review, you may remember me saying that the side marker light cover being missing. Well they replaced it without an issue. When we got home, my wife noticed that the original side marker light cover was there the entire time in the back seat! My guess is that my mechanic put it in the back seat after it was ripped off. And the entire time Tom kept saying that we done it. They wasted their own money and put one on of their own. I wish Angie's List would let us post pictures so that you can see yourself on the entire ordeal TLDR: Arrow Wrecker SVC ripped off the bumper, finally repaired after multiple issues of waiting, and gave me an attitude problem over remaining issues.
