I connected with this company after buying a new home and wanting to have an HVAC company if my AC needed work. The initial Groupon tune up was as expected and they advised there was a bit of rust on the coil. Six months later the blower motor went and they were able to repair it the same day; however, I've since learned that I should have paid around $485 but they charged me $694 - 30% more! And told me I should think about replacing the 8 year old unit. Ten days ago the temp wasn't holding, they were here within 3 hours, and told me the unit was down 3 gallons (60%) of Freon . They said I had a leak and advised their office to provide a quote for a new AC system. I also requested quotes from 2 other companies. Anytime's was the highest by $1,300 for the same unit the other companies quoted. I'm looking for a relationship with my HVAC company, not just a purchase. Yesterday the temp wasn't holding again. I contacted the company I have chosen to buy the new from, who were here right away. After taking the entire housing off, inspecting the unit and crawling under the house, I was told the unit was full of sand because the return duct had a huge hole in it. If the top of the unit had been removed, the Anytime Tech would have seen the problem. Or maybe they did and didn't want to deal with it. What it comes down to is the duct work under the house needs some replacement or any new unit won't work properly. Also, today they had to remove the 3 gallons of Freon because the system was over charged. I'm giving a 2 star review here because Anytime did show up within 3 hours of each service call. Their techs were polite and seemed knowledgeable; however, neither went the further step to see that the unit was full of sand and deduce why. Also, their pricing is 25% to 30% over the company I've chosen to go with, who was the middle-priced, not the lowest. I want a company who will go the extra step to find out why my HVAC isn't working properly, and do what is necessary to get it up to standard. The final straw was when I went outside to look at the work today and saw that the last Anytime Tech who was here 10 days ago stuck big 3" X 3" advertising stickers on all sides of my HVAC unit without my permission...something that is not allow in my community. They'll hear about that tomorrow after they open. My home is not a billboard!

I could not be happier. The crew showed up at the scheduled time, and replaced my old worn-out HVAC unit with a brand new Trane system. They were very thorough and professional, and took the time that was needed to get the unit properly installed and operating. The price included a new thermostat, but the one they installed was not progeammable. When I told them that I wanted a programmable thermostat, one of the guys went out and purchased one, and replaced it without hesitation. The new unit works great, and I can definitely recommend this company. The original estimate that I received was much better than some of the larger, well-known companies who also provided estimates.

I had purchased a Groupon for this service for $35.00, so I was not charged anything. George King showed up promptly, checked out my system, and unclogged a drain line for me. He was very thorough and professional, and pointed out the problems with my unit. He also gave an estimate (very reasonable) for a new system. I was very impressed.
