Allen replied immediately to my phone call and set up a service call for the following afternoon. He arrived at the promised time, inspected the leaky window, provided an estimate and completed the installation all within about three hours. I am very pleased with the level of professionalism and responsiveness that Allen demonstrated in response to my leak concern particularly as we are in our rainy season.
Description of Work: Remove 2x4 plastic dome roof window and installed new 2x4 glass impact roof window.

I called Allen Andrews on a referral from my neighbor and it was by far one of the best contractor interactions I have ever had. The process was handled in a most professional manner from beginning to end (responsive, on-time, and very neat). Also, Allen informed me of a potential opportunity to save some money on my homeowner's insurance. He offered to complete the necessary paperwork, which I submitted to my insurance company and in fact received a $370 reduction in my annual premium. I can, without reservation, recommend Allen Andrews Roofing to you for any roofing needs.
Description of Work: The contract included removal of existing roof; inspection and replacement of any rotted or decayed wood; installation of new architectural roofing shingles.
