+ 0 moreAbsolutely horrible. They don’t even deserve 1 start. Completely unprofessional, crappy work, nothing but RUDE from the lady who answers the phone to the people who do the work. I wouldn’t ever recommend this company!!

Description of Work: DO NOT USE All Daytona Septic! They did give us the lowest bid for our drain field replacement. So we accepted it and waited almost 2 weeks. But when the installer arrived, his equipment was totally inappropriate for our yard - a huge bull dozer with a back hoe. He would have had to drive that huge thing over our vegetation and destroy our landscaping. AND then much to our shock and regardless of our bid, THE INSTALLER said he would need more money to do the job and that "WE" should call the owner of All Daytona Septic. This was totally unprofessional and totally inappropriate. We had a bid! When we told the installer that this was inappropriate and unacceptable, he just left! Our subsequent phone call to the owner of All Daytona Septic made absolutely no sense to us; apparently, according to the small print on our contract, our "above ground" landscaping was considered "underground obstacles" that we would have to pay to have removed. If so, such things should have been dealt with at the time of the initial bid. When we complained, he abruptly and unprofessionally told us to get someone else to do the job. SHOCK! DISMAY!. Fortunately, we were able to find another company (Woody's Septic), and although we had to wait another 3 week, they were terrific and did everything right.

+ -1 moreI then called the office and asked to have someone come back out and clean it and they told me that they couldn’t due to where my tank was located. I then call the health department about the permit and All Daytona Septic Tank would not return my calls.
Description of Work: His truck pulled up and sewage was leaking into the driveway. He told me the drain fill was in the wrong place. He got around to the back and dug up the lid and told me that he needed my help with the lid to the sewer tank. I called up the company and told him about the leakage and with helping with the septic tank. He got to the filter and pulled it out and let all the water into my drainage. Then he took my garden hose and rinsed it off back into my septic tank. I then had to pay him for the service, but the job was not complete.

+ -1 moreI needed a routine pumping of our septic tank and called All Daytona on a Wen. evening. The woman who answered asked if I could hold to which I said, yes. There was "dead air" while on hold. I called back thinking I got cut off...turns out no music or beeps with their hold. Just a heads up. Anyway, they scheduled me for just after noon the next day. I was was told Mitch would be performing the work and he would call before showing up. A few other questions were asked as to distance from road to septic and such. Courteous, professional scheduling. Around noon the next day Mitch called and said he would arrive in 30 minutes. On time he was with a big, clean, shiny pumper. Looked like a milk transport truck! Very clean. Mitch was very polite and professional. Answered all my questions and gave me a full report as to the condition of our 40 year old septic tank. Excellent service and I have no complaints. This was not an emergency call, just a routine pumping and I was very pleased with All Daytona's response. They have my stamp of approval.
