It went fine, very honest, they are very good and the price was reasonable.

The service technician was incompetent and the dispatcher was unapologetic. Worst customer service possible and never fixed the problem. 4 home visits, no results. First visit was a diagnostic and parts were ordered. 2nd visit technician called ahead and then was a no show. I was home the entire time and they tried to tell me they rang the doorbell and I never answered. Really? Third visit, tech. Installed parts that did not fit with knobs. Then he broke the handle off the oven door. We notified the company that the knobs did not fit or operate with the mechanism he installed. When he returned to fix the damage he caused to the oven door, he refused to fix the knobs. He claimed we took his plastic adapters that he swore he installed last time and he would do no more to fix our inoperable stove burners. How does one even argue against this kind of detachment from reality. 4+ weeks later we now have to start over with a new company. NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. If this company is selected by your home warranty provider, ask them for someone else from their list.

Travis from All American arrived exactly on time of appointment. He checked our washer and advised what was causing the problem. Unfortunately, he did not have the part with him. It is a 9 year old Kenmore front loader. Travis cleaned the dryer and advised that we should have the vent cleaned as well. He came back on schedule and installed the part. The washer works wonderfully now. No more leaks. Also we took his advise and had someone come in to clean our dryer vent. It was quite clogged. The drying time has been cut in half or more.

Travis came right on time; was given a window of noon until 4 and he was at my door at 12:30. He was very professional and courteous. Turns out the model dishwasher I have has an issue with the control panel. The manufacturer is back-ordered for weeks for this part. Travis charged me half of the service call fee since he could not resolve the problem on the spot. He said he would get me a status on availability in a couple of weeks. If I decide to get the part, he would charge the compliment of the service call, plus the part. Totally fair business. Would recommend and use again.

Provided 11-3 arrival window, on site at 12:15. Professional demeanor. Organized and methodical, kept work area clean. Explained options and recommended solution.

They ended up replacing the solenoid and the ice maker now works. They were polite, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend them.

We called twice for a refrig repair, gave info to a answer system and they never returned the calls after waiting 'till noon. Like a previous reviewer stated and quot; I guess they don't need the businessand quot;

Excellent service. Quick response and fare pricing. Technician was curious and professional. Had to order part but all work was done in the estimated time. I will certainly use All American for any future appliance repairs.

They looked at the washer, and gave detailed report on how the plastic parts needed replacing and that it would be less expensive to purchase a new dryer at current sale prices as opposed to repair parts and labor costs.

Came and checked out the dryer, ordered part, had to return to install new part (motor). When they came back they found out it was a different (much cheaper) part that was acting up, not the motor. They ordered new part, and we got the repair for much cheaper than we planned, as the motor was quite expensive. It is great they were honest about the part and didn't charge us for the subsequent trip. Definitely use again and recommend to anyone needing appliance repairs.

Travis was on time both time: once for diagnostic, two for installing the new piece. He diagnosed the cause (motherboard) by testing the electrical input/output. He called the place to order the part. Charged $50 for the deposit. Then charged the rest when he came back to install it.

He came on time and checked out the ice maker. As he didn't have my model with him, he returned the next day to install a new one. He was very pleasant and professional.

My washer was leaking and I needed it fixed before we close on the sale of our house in 3 weeks. Troy figured out what was wrong, fixed the problem and cleaned up the leaking water.

Carla who works in the office was more than friendly, very personable and honest. She quoted me the service call price and yet was willing to work with me on that if I needed it. Once Travis came out, he fully explained all the problems, pointed out to me why the dryer was making so much noise and what would have to be done. I had called another company first and had gotten the same response, yet close to the same price they were going to install a and quot;usedand quot; drum and 4 new rollers. The person that answered the phone at the other company was not friendly, nor professional and the service man was likewise. I joined Angie's list, even though I had lived in the area for 35+ years had not found a good appliance company that I could trust. I found Travis and Carla were more than expected. Once the drum and rollers came in, Carla called to set the appt for the following day. She called in the morning to let me know she would be the person delivering the drum because of an earlier job being large and not enough room for the large drum also. I was able then to meet her as well, very nice person. Travis then came, replaced all parts and we found the drum just delivered from LG was faulted and again would have to replace the new one. They immediately re- ordered, again came as soon as the new one arrived. (Travis had left the faulted one in the dryer so I could continue to use it while we waited. I will never use another appliance company from here on out since I have found All American. You can't go wrong. It's so refreshing to finally find a trusting,honest, friendly and professional service crew in our area. Call them, you will NOT be disappointed!

Our servcie call was scheduled quickly, Travis was punctual and did a great job repairing the ice maker and explaining the problem. (a broken motor) and telling us how much the part and service call would cost. We were so pleased with the service that we have a repair scheduled for tomorrow for a broken dryer!

They saved me from spending a lot of money. They are very nice and competent. The technician was knowledgeable. Their responsiveness and professionalism was excellent. I would use them in the future.

Technician was very prompt, pleasant and competent. Part had to be shipped from another city causing 3 day delay in repair. Charged only $70 for a single service call plus the retail cost of the part. I would definitely call this company again for any appliance repair.

I CALLED ORIGINALLY ABOUT THE MICROWAVE AND THEN OVER A PERIOD OF A COUPLE OF MONTHS EVERYTHING THE WASHER AND THE REFRIGERATOR HAD PROBLEMS. THEY REPAIRED EVERYTHING AND WERE EXTREMELY FAIR WHEN IT CAME TO COST. MORE THEN THAT THOUGH IS THE PROFESSIONALISM THAT THEY EXHIBITED IN TAKING CARE OF ALL OUR PROBLEMS.
