It is absolutely beautiful!!! and done with high quality shingles and workmanship, proven with a wind mitigation test done by this company and submitted to Allstate. We then saved $800/yr on our homeowners insurance because of this company!! Thank you Tracy for the great roof!! Highly recommend using this company!!

Description of Work: Our home is now 20 years old. Although we had no leaks, it was time for a new roof. All the Affordable Roof workers were courteous and respectful of our property. The job turned out beautifully. I would recommend this Company highly.

 + -1 moreThe bundles of shingles were thrown on to the roof so hard that it knocked bottles of shampoo off the shelf in the bathrooms and cracked numerous places in the ceiling in several rooms. When these were pointed out we were told they were not from their work and nothing could be done about it. In addition the extra plywood cost and the amount to fix the ceilings made the bill more than another estimate we had gotten that had a 20 year warranty instead of the obligatory 5 year "by law" warranty they gave.

Description of Work: We were very pleased with the whole experience, from beginning to end.The owner and crew were pleasant and hard working they were concerned with our opinions and answered any questions we had.The finished roof looked great and so did the new skylights that they installed. It was a big job with all the wood that had to be replaced before the new shingles could be installed. We would highly recommend this company. Edward & Evelyn Barrett
