+ -1 morencWe used ACI Industries for over 1 year. We started with them on a trial basis then hired them for two seasons. During this time they did quality work. When the growing season ended we terminated our agreement with ACI. We let them know we were planning to rehire them when the grass started to grow again. Unfortunately we had a very dry spring and early summer. By the time we were ready to rehire ACI we were unable to contact them by phone. They did respond to an email, but by that time we had found someone else to do our yardwork at a much lower rate.
Description of Work: ACI Industries mowed the common areas of our homeowners association and blew the cut grass off the sidewalks and parking lots.

+ -1 moreHis name is Adam Ives. We gave him an initial six-month trial period. After the trial period we were satisfied. We now have an open-ended contract with him. He has quite a big clientele. We are one of his smaller accounts. He was referred to us by one of our residents who used him for yard work. He came very highly recommended by her. We pay him monthly. We've been more than happy with his service.
Description of Work: We use ACI Industries for lawn and yard work. He mows, edges, and blows off the sidewalk and parking lot.
