I had set up an appointment for a Monday on a Wednesday. The next day, Thursday, I cancelled the appointment after speaking briefly with Mr Wachtstetter. The following Monday, someone from Mr Wachtstetters office showed up to do an appraisal on my property. The confusion only added aggravation to my already bad situation. No big deal.
