So after arranging with the condo association the day before, the plumber came during the 2 hour time period (they could not do a specific time) that they said they would on Friday. The plumber apparently switched off the power to the water heater and did not switch it back on after he fixed it. When I got home that evening, it was cold water. The next morning it was still cold water. Despite claiming to be 24 hour service, they were called all day Saturday and no one called back until Monday. So after having no hot water for almost SIX days, I speak to Vida (spelling?) at the office on Monday again. As soon as I'm on the phone with her, the first thing I'm told is all I need to do is turn on the power switch so I need to just take care of that. I had a neighbor run over to turn on the switch--after waiting 10 minutes, still no hot water after which Vida agreed to send someone to come over. They took no responsibility for their actions instead she said "the tech will do his best today." It finally got fixed today. I guess today he did his best.

Description of Work: They were referred by AHS Home Warranty. They didn't call for 3 days while my heat wouldn't go into the bedroom as it was 37 degrees. It turns out that the duct was not connected by a prior a/c company that had installed a new unit and it had a hole in the connected duct, which he said he didn't have the stuff to fix it with him. A return trip 3 days later by his supersend me an estimate to visor and he didn't fix the hole and said they had to connect the duct to the unit. That was 23 days ago and still no reply to my last call.
