Lawn maintenance was OK except I kept finding my sprinklers damaged or broken. I had a family member fix them. However the last two or 3 times I found heads snapped off and 4 heads damaged from their mowers and trimmers. This was not happening the first few months. He offered to fix them but never showed up on the appointed day. I called again and he never responded to my call. Subsequently I had a sprinkler company come out and repair my sprinkler system putting in 4 new sprinklers. I terminated Tree Works service on the 21st of Nov. In response he emailed me and said he "stopped by on two other days" without calling. The second time he had his men trim all of my trees and has sent me a bill for $200 for that.He did this in response to a call I made to him over 5 months ago to get a price and have him trim the trees (approximately in June of this year). He never returned that call and never even stopped by. Now--out of the blue he showed up and trimmed the trees without my permission falling back on the request I made several months ago. Unfortunately I was not home when he did this or I would have stopped him. This is not a trustworthy company. He stated he trimmed the trees per my request! He seems to take a request to mean at any time in the future the inquiry is valid.
Description of Work: This company maintained my lawn for the past year as well as doing misc. jobs related to the yard. They also trimmed my trees.

They are very amiable and they will do anything I ask them to do in the yard. They are dependable and they do good work. They are jack of all trades. They do wonderful tree trimming and it's all very reasonably priced.
Description of Work: I have been using Treeworks Management. They mow, they trim my shrubs and they spread mulch for me. They come about every two weeks.
