I will never call another A/C company again! TJ the owner came out to give us an estimate to change our coil. The unit is in a tight closet on our second floor. The day he came to do the estimate he was very nice and professional. He told us how many guys (2) and how much $350.00. The day of the job again they were on time. The job did take a little longer than expected because of where the unit was and the space they had to work in. The price never changed. and the job was completed timely even with the space issue. They never stopped to take a break and were very neat. I highly recommend this company. TJ is a great contractor and they are very very hard to come buy. Trust is worth everything when you let someone in your home. Best of all we are all comfortably cool now and not broke! We had his company change our my parents whole unit. We didn't think twice about who was right for the job. A must go to company for any A/C or duct issue

They came on time everyday, and worked around my schedule. All the ducts were replaced and relocated my A/C unit. Everything runs perfectly and we are getting great air flow in all rooms of the house. I also had a UV light installed and a electrostatic filter. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. I even have them doing the maintenance at my place of business. I can't say enough good things about TJ, Abner, Josh and Sergio! Give them a call, you wont be disappointed.

It went exceptionally well. I hired this company to check the A/C for my elderly parents. They did a coil change our for my husband and I months ago and we were very pleased. I don't like people to take advantage so my husband and I always make sure we deal with a reliable company. TJ the owner came out to do the estimate and we immediately trusted him. He is honest, and actually got the unit running temporarily until they were able to do the install at no extra charge. The day of the job they showed up prompt and on time, they also completed the job as per the estimate. Also the price for the job was the price, there were NO unforeseen charges at the end of the day. They were very neat and very professional. They went over the system and explained to my parents how to use their new thermostat that was also installed. TJ told them if they have any questions when they try to program just to call him and he would walk them through it. He really made them feel comfortable and not stupid. I am all for family owned and operated business, I was raised in one and run one. I highly recommend this company for any A/C job or duct issue.

The communication was excellent. The service was scheduled immediately and they arrived promptly at the time and date scheduled. The two technicians were very professional, efficient and friendly. I will definitely use them again when needed.

They went the "extra mile" in order to deliver a great service! Abner Guadalupe was very courteous, and professional. They have brand new equipment and great diligence! The dust behind the dryer was dangerously accumulated. They fixed a broken tube for no extra money! 100% recommended. I wish I could show you pictures of before and after!

They were early for the appointment which is unusual for a provider, not upset by this at all! They were professional and explained everything they were going to do for the job. They removed all the air registers, used a vacuum to clean all the dust and particles they could reach easily, then used the high suction vacuum and roto-brush to loosen and remove all of the dust and particles in the duct work. They also cleaned all the registers to remove all of the dust that was embedded over the years. They also inspected the coils for the A/C handler to ensure everything was in good order for healthy living. I would definitely use this provider again because they were so thorough and professional.

TJ and his crew were professional. It took two days instead of one day but he left us with a/c for most of the house and came back promptly the next day to finish up. His crew was respectful and cleaned up the area nicely. I would recommend them highly. We can breathe again and we aren't cooling the attic!

We purchased the vent and duct cleaning for $179 and told Thomas (TJ) that the house had been occupied by a smoker and that we had just finished remodeling. They said they would evaluate whether the AC coils also needed cleaning or whether sanitizing was needed. They arrived right on time. They started the vent and duct cleaning. They took photos of the coils and determined that they did need cleaning. They showed us the photos and we approved. The coil cleaning took longer than anticipated because it was so dirty and layered/caked on. He had to do multiple passes to get it all. It did cost more ($212) but we are pleased with their punctuality, thoroughness, work and customer service. They knew that since it was an older AC unit, it was best to clean the coils in place rather than risk a cascade of other problems by taking it apart (and we aren't ready to buy a new AC right now). The A/C is running noticeably better. My husband raised the thermostat temperature because it was colder in the bedroom last night!

Abner and Josh were great. They were very professional and respectful when I complained that I expected them at 8. I had called TJ who was dispatching and he contacted them and they let him know they were enroute-it's Miami! The guys unloaded their equipment and did a thorough cleaning of all of the ductwork in the house, including the dryer vent and examined the A/C coils as part of their inspection in less than two hours. They used drop cloths and cleaned up after their work really well. Abner is knowledgeable and honest. I am calling them back to arrange a cleaning of the A/C coils, because I trust their work and professionalism.

the guys checked and cleaned the ducts with a hose with brush, i am very pleased with the work they did. the house feels a lot cooler now and we seem to be breathing a lot better too. definitely recommending this company.

The original job was only to clean the ducts ($179). We were getting lots of dust coming out of the vents and accumulating on our furniture and floor after the renovations we had done to the condo. It seemed dust had accumulated in the system. SF Duct Doctors supplied our association all of the needed paperwork (e.g., insurance information) on time and arrived at my home at precisely the time we scheduled. They were very professional in the way they did the job. When I asked them if they also did AC coil cleaning they said they did and explained the different ways it could be done. There was a reasonable additional charge to the overall job and I had it done. I can see the difference in the dust in the house. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and the process of working with Duct Doctors.

He called me to confirm the date due to an injury I had to reschedule him. He accommodated me. Show up on the designated time. Took down all the vents n wash them w. de-greaser. The vacuumed all the ducts and reinstalled the vents. He did an excellent job! I'm very please.

Awesome! TJ and his partner were super nice, professional and thorough. They kept me updated by text on their ETA since traffic was particularly bad that morning, which was much appreciated. They also gave me tips and advice on AC maintenance. I also loved the fact that his wife designed their adorable logo! I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends! A++++

My AC had been chipping on and off too frequently and there was also slow leak. Prior, I had two other (highly-rated Angie's List) service providers come out to assess the problems. First company told me that the leak was not from the AC, but rather from the apartment above. Second company charged me $400 to "fix" the leak. Gosh, I wish I had found South Florida Duct Doctors before! I can't say enough about TJ and the South Florida Duct Doctor team! From the beginning, I dealt with TJ directly. He was incredibly responsive and worked my appointment in for the day after Christmas! He arrived on time and got to work immediately diagnosing the issues within 10 minutes. He was completely transparent, showing and explaining everything that he was doing. He was also very neat, careful and courteous, not to mention, affordable. Leak fixed, overflow sensor replaced and unit cleaned to a shine! He even left a box of cookies for us to enjoy for the holidays. Everything was great and they did every that they said they would do. I would highly recommend them. The final cost was what they told me it would be.

We thought we had mold in our duct work and called them out. We found out that we did, a crew came out and replaced all of our duct work, installed UV lights and an Air Purification System. My husband and I can really feel a difference in our air quality. We used to keep getting sick and we haven't been passing around the same cold again and again. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.
