They were very dependable, reliable, and they did a good job.

It went very well, but the jury is out on the duct cleaning; yet to be seen how thorough a job was done. Prior to the duct cleaning, ventilation was quite dusty and I will see how much dust is coming from the system over time. Very professional and courteous crew.

It was okay. The guys who came here were very nice. The first time they came here, they didn't bring a ladder that could reach the roof so they had to come some other time, but it was okay. From one to ten, I give them a seven. It took some time to call them. The first time, they didn't show up. The second time, they didn't bring a ladder. The third time, they had to reschedule because of the hurricane, and then they finally came last week. I think it's a regular price. I had some other offers and they were cheaper, but I wanted to try Angie's List. I might use them again. But if I use them again, I have to be clear about what I'm expecting them to do.

So far, it has been good. They did a good job. They completed the job we requested. We don't have any problems. So far, they've been good.

Bad, Bad, Bad. I would like someone to call me on this please. The so called Inspector came to the house, looked at a few things and he said he would send me a full report explaining what he saw in his "Inspection" of the A/C. They didn't contact me. I called them twice and was unable to a leave voice mail because the box was full. Two emails were sent and did receive a response that they would call me and then three days went by with nothing from them. I have cancelled the service I purchased.

They came in on time to clean the duct after the apartment renovation.

It did NOT go anywhere. Not even a peep. This is as worthless as it gets!

They arrived within the time frame given. Very professional. Kept me advised on what they would be doing as they worked around the house. I knew the dryer vent was clogged. I was advised ahead of time that to clean the dryer vent from the roof would be an additional $50.00 charge. They moved the dryer and cleaned the vent from there then they proceeded to the roof to complete cleaning the vent. They cleaned up each room before moving on to the each room for the a/c vents. They performed the service just a few days ago and I already I notice a difference by having the cleaning done and my dryer works great again. I would recommend their services.

Abner and his partner were very professional and took their time to explain me with details their assessment and recommendations for maintenance in the future.

Although their name indicates an emphasis on ducts, I learned they do residential sales, service and repairs of residential ac units throughout South Florida. He told me he grew up around AC and although he went to college to be a Project Manager, AC was in his blood. Super nice guy. He did the most thorough inspection I've ever had of our unit (inside and out) and made some simple recommendations that should help make our system more efficient. I made a note on my calendar to contact him again in a year for an annual inspection (his recommendation given the relatively new system we own and the way we maintain it - we change the filter monthly and have a very clean home). We have some issues with humidity and he noticed that our front door needs weather stripping (duh! on me). He suggested we consider replacing our vents with newer ones that will allow for more control of where the air flows in our home, and will give me a price. The original vents are from when the building was constructed in the 1980's and have been painted multiple times. New filters would be both a visual enhancement to our home and would allow us to actually seal off air from rooms we don't use all of the time. I have found my new AC guy company. VERY HAPPY.

TJ and his team, initially came in for our insurance company to clean ducts after a water leak in our home. We asked if he could give us a bid on new duct work as ours was over 20 yrs old. We had gotten bids in the past and were shocked at the cost. TJ was very quick with a reasonable quote and finished the work in a timely manner. We had a situation with a very sick family member that just cannot go without air conditioning. They were prompt, sympathetic, professional and very good at their job. They all communicated well, were kind and cleaned up!!! It is very nice to be able to work with TJ and his team. We would recommend South Florida Duct Doctors for any job related to Air Conditioning, duct work and venting. They actually moved one old vent that was not in a good place!! It is now working efficiently and we have already seen a drop in our electric bill!!! The savings will pay for the job in the upcoming years. The transaction was great from communication to the day of job. The owner Thomas is very responsive. The guys that came were punctual, polite and informative.

This is the second time I have used this company. TJ and his team are amazing with what they do and clearly are better than their competitors. They did 2 duct repairs and fabrication on 2 of my homes and did exactly what they said they would and some extra things for the price they gave me with the result I was expecting now my air blows stronger, cleaner , and more efficiently. I did Air conditioning with my Uncles company for 10 years so I know the business but I didn't tell them that and TJ exceeded my expectations and did the job to code. Don't get over charged by the big companies use mom and pop because they care and your not just some number deal direct with owners. I could go on and on but I think you get the point.

I made the appointment for last Friday and they were to be here between 9:00am -10:am. They arrived on time. Two young men Josh and Serge were the techs and they introduced themselves to us. They advised what they were going to do and that they would cover any objects that were below the vents/ducts to keep clean from debris, if any. They brought their equipment in, covered the furniture and began working. They removed all the vents which were reinstalled when the job was done. Josh and Serge were very polite, pleasant, knowledgeable, and very good and workers. They were able to answer any questions we asked pertaining to the work being done and maintenance to be followed. They advised that a permanent filter was available that you could take out and clean once a month, in lieu of the material ones that I was replacing once a month. When the job was finished they cleaned up and left no mess for me to clean. I was very happy and satisfied with the work these two young men performed and definitely would use them again and advise others of the company, South Florida Duct Doctors. To the company and Josh and Serge I want to say thank you for a job well done, and I could not have asked for two better techs. From the time I made the appointment until the job was done, everything moved along beautifully. Congratulations!!!

the owner and one of his workers came on time and went right to work. Started on the roof and worked their way down to one. Very competent !! Polite, friendly, cooperative and thorough. A very pleasant experience. Can't speak highly enough for their work!
