Salatiel was thorough, knowledgeable and very pleasant. He was on time and completed the work I requested plus additional maintenance of my hurricane shutters. I would definitely recommend his company with confidence and would use him again if ever necessary.

Original schedule date was for Labor day which I tried to convey to the person on the phone. They then had to call to change the appointment as they realized it was a holiday. They actually finished another job early and were able to come before the scheduled appointment and fixed the one shutter that had broken wheels and did maintenance on the balance of the shutters. The one negative was if you want to pay with a credit card they up charge you for the credit card processing fees where most companies absorb those costs.

They are good if you need a repair of your accordion shutters.

The quality of the work was excellent, and we were asked to approve the work as the repairs progressed. The pricing of the repairs was reasonable and there were no unanticipated costs that were not made aware of before the work began. We did have some scheduling problems; however, once the work was performed, we were very satisfied with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend the Company.

This company has been in business for a number of years and their professionalism and promptness reflex this. When calling the office the manager is very friendly and informed me of the name of person who will be coming to the house and what day and time he would be there. so there wouldn't be any guesswork. They were quick and even helped my neighbor. I would totally use them for all my shutter needs.

We were impressed. Sal and his assistant were on time, professional and most important through. We have one accordion shutter and 10 electric roll-downs. They are usually serviced every year or two, but no one has done as through a job as Sal. I appreciate his explanations and the quality work. He will be our go to guy in the future.

This is a great family-owned business! Sal, the owner, took time to evaluate the entire problem, explained every detail of his assessment, and made sure that I understood some very significant issues that I had with my (old) accordian shutters. I couldn't be happier with the results, and have made sure that I am on their list for yearly "check-ups"! This is a superb company with great personnel, including Holly the office manager -the best!
