Pedro was a pleasure to deal with. Prompt, courteous and very reasonable fees. Process is far superior to high pressure cleaning and I will use them exclusively for all future cleaning needs.

The project took longer than expected but when finished the roof looked like new.

Oscar came out to my house. He’s a very nice person who seemed very professional and detailed all the work that he was going to do for us then printed out a very professional proposal. We finally agreed on a price of $400 and to me it was a go. I was very impressed with him and his company. So I phoned him the next day or 2 and left a message on his phone. He didn’t return my call. I called twice more. No phone call back. Finally a few days later I phoned the 866 number on his business card. They took the message i was looking to hire him. Again no returned call! Sent him an e-mail with no success. No courtesy of a call back! If he chose not to do the jobs, fine ! Tell me! I totally do not understand any of this. I have never had to write a bad review for anyone and I’m really sorry to write this one. He probably does good work. But So much for professionalism. I have since hired another company.

Great communication with Oscar. Arrived on time as scheduled. Oscar and his assistant did a great job. Roof was cleaned and made new again. Completed job quickly. Return everything back in its place. Oscar provided before and after photos. Invoice and payment was made conveniently online through email. A+++ service. Highly recommend.

The work from beginning to end was PERFECT! Oscar and his team did a fantastic job. They moved things out of the way in the patio and stacked it neatly before cleaning. The roof looks terrific and clean. I did call around and compare prices and work required. I found Softwash not to be the least expensive, but they did a combination of softwash and pressure wash (which I liked). I would definitely hire them again and recommend.

We needed our roof cleaned but we didn’t want anyone walking on a 21 year old roof. Soft wash Nation was perfect. The roof looks spotless. All the cleaning was done by hosing down the roof from the sides of the house. It turned out well.

Stone coated metal tiles get surface mold that can be difficult to clean. The manufacture recommends spraying a bleach, water, and detergent combination that is not that effective. Softwash Nation assured us that our roof would look like new when they finished. THEY WERE RIGHT!!! The results were excellent. They spray the cleaning solution from the ground and DO NOT walk on the roof. Pedro and his team were very professional. They were on time and did the preparation and clean up work as promised. We highly recommend them!!!
