Description of Work: Bob removed 3 rooms of wallpaper in my condo. He showed up on time, both for the quote and for the work he performed. He took away all the wallpaper he removed and washed the walls to remove the glue. I was in New England all the time he removed my wallpaper in Florida, but he called a couple of times to give me updates. I have a relative who lives in Florida and he stopped by my condo to check on the project after Bob was finished and he reported all was well! | |Bob is very professional,reliable and does great work. I will call him again to paint those rooms after my renovations are completed.

Description of Work: Bob was amazing!!! I needed someone to paint what was going to become a nursery for my little girl. I needed it done fast as my due date was approaching! He came and gave me a very fair estimate and was able to finish the job in a very timely fashion - especially considering the intricacy of the job! He made my vision come to life :). Bob showed up on time every day and was very professional. He made sure everything was taken care of - I hardly noticed he was in the house he worked so quietly!

He was excellent. He was neat, professional, nice, courteous. His work could not be matched. Definitely the best painter we've ever had. Also, his price was great.

I wanted him to take an existing cable and run it outside. It was a 20 minute job. He wanted to charge me $350. I found another company and they only charged me $89. He was very friendly. He seemed like a nice guy. I thought the price was way over. I like him and he got here on time. I will not use him in the future.

We never gave this person a quote for running a cable or anything else. We are not a handyman service! We have never talked to this person about any handyman service. She has us mixed up with someone else, we do wallpaper and painting.We would like her to retract her statement about us because it is totally false.I personally or anyone in our office has no idea what she is talfing about!

My husband and I had picked out wallpaper ourselves at a local wallpaper outlet store. I then got estimates from two wallpaper hangers. Bob Gagner's was much less and he seemed easier to work with. He agreed to be flexible if we didn't like the wallpaper once we saw it on the wall; he said that he would come back and finish it later if we changed our minds. He also referred us to an interior designer he works with (Susan Karl), who came out and helped me decide on another wallpaper pattern for the dining room. This was extremely helpful. Bob first hung the wallpaper in our foyer and then came back a few weeks later to hang the new paper in our dining room. He did a great job, was punctual and pleasant to deal with.
Description of Work: Bob Gagner hung wallpaper in our entry foyer and dining room. He also helped us with wallpaper choices by referring us to an interior designer he works with.

I got 3 quotes, the 1st one ridiculously overpriced ($1,200), 2nd in line with Bob's estimate, but the guy seemed rather slow (nice though). Bob is a nice guy, very professional. He was on time the 1st day (got a bit lost, but called) and removed the old wallpaper in about 2 hours. Came in ahead of time the 2nd day and hung the new wallpaper in about 3.5 hours. Singing while he was working, which - to me - shows that he likes his job. He takes pride in his work, quiet and focused on getting the job done.
Description of Work: Wallpaper (grass cloth) removal on 1st day and hanging wallpaper (grass cloth again) on 2nd day for 2 walls (altogether 9 panels @ 36" width)

He is prompt, good working, you never see seams, and he is always willing to return if you are not satisfied with anything. I have been extremely impressed with his work and my dealings with him. I will use him in the future in a heartbeat and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.
