They never let me know what was going on. No returned phone calls. I rented a hotel room for 4 nights all together. It really left me with a bad experience.

Quality Termite & Pest Control was fantastic. Bill came out promptly and gave us a quote that was actually lower than I expected, given what we'd received from other companies we'd used before. He was able to get us tented within a week and stayed in contact with us at all times. We will definitely use them again if we ever need to tent another house.

Quality Pest Control came to do the project soon after they were contacted. Before beginning the work they gave us an informative overview of the steps involved in the termite control process and answered all our questions satisfactorily. We have a year long contract which is reassuring as due to certain circumstances we were unable to house tented. So it was possible that follow up visits would be required. We have called Quality Pest Control so far once since the initial work and again they came soon after we contacted them and performed a thorough job. Again, it is reassuring that we can count on them for one year since the initial service if their services are required.. We do highly recommend Qual9ty Pest Control.

Bill who came to inspect the house explained very well what the problem was and made us feel we were in good hands.. Their crew twas on time, provided explanation for what they were doing. Everybody is very friendly too. Highly recommend!

Bill was very responsive and informative with his sales pitch. But once the contract was signed, and the deposit paid, the communications dropped off. He was very helpful in getting problems mostly resolved. We were not given a time slot for the day of tenting as promised. They just showed up unannounced. Fortunately, we were mostly prepared and just had to load up a few last-minute things. I get that it is their busy season, but that is no excuse for not notifying us. That has the effect of slowing them down as well. Even a last-minute call/text would have sufficed. They subcontracted to another company. Although that is typical of the industry, I would have liked a heads up. The subcontractor placed their ladder on the weakest point of our gutters and put a nice big dent in it. They did not even bother trying to knock the dent out as they promised they would. Even though they stipulated that they are not responsible for that damage, waiving liability does not give license to damage at will. We were also unhappy with the fact that they left the windows to the front of the house opened to air it out. They promised to keep those closed and open the ones on the sides and back. I ended up sitting outside for six hours for security purposes. As a combat veteran, security is a top concern. I closed the windows on the front of the house before leaving for the night. Finally, they misplaced the keys when it was time to turn over the home. They sent the wrong video of the location of the keys. Fortunately, my wife had her keys on her. After a few hours, they found the correct video and we were able to get our keys. The tenting did it is job. I would use them again, but I expect these fixes to be implemented, and more care to be used when putting up the tent. Thank you.

Excellent services. Bill, the person who came out to the house really was extremely helpful. He made sure we understood the instructions and called back before the job was done to see if we had any questions.

George came to our house for the second year in a row. His professionalism and efficiency is top notch! I would highly recommend.
