The work is to be scheduled but so far they have been the most professional group that I have dealt with. They are very knowledgeable and informative and take time to explain what is needed without trying to over sell what is not needed. They provide great customer service and follow-up, with reasonable prices.

Patrick, the rep was caring, seemed knowledgeable and experienced. He did not try to push for a more costly remedy to the problem. I'm not qualify to critic the work because I have no expertise on the matter. I appreciated that they cleaned the work area well before leaving. I'm counting on a trustworthy and lasting relationship with him and the company.

Company Offers that "personal touch" often lacking from other companies in the service industry

I worked with Jenny. She was great. Always ready to answer questions and kept me informed of how the process worked, how it was going, and when we could move back in. We have a large fish tank and moving it was out of the question. Most research left me confident, but I expected a small causality rate. We lost a few tetra, but the rest did fine. Jenny was more upset than I was and brought me a dozen replacement tetras when they came to do the residue treatment. Too cool. Never expected that. Quality is defiantly the company to use for termites.

10 years ago I had my house tented by Orkin. They never mentioned a follow up residue treatment. Quality Termite and Pest not only will tent, but will do a residue treatment with a door jam treatment for the same price Orkin charged 10 years ago. I highly recommend Quality Pest.

I have been through the ringer with pest control companies and I am so glad to finally found one that I can count on. Quality Termite and Pest Control is the most personable, pet friendly, child conscience and honest companies I have had the pleasure to do business with. They sprayed both inside my house and in the yard. They took care of those little ants around my sink and roaches that hide in the back behind the fridge. By spraying the lawn, the fire ants are gone and my grass is a dark rich green color. My only regret was that I did not call them earlier before wasting my money with other pest control companies. I highly recommend them and you should check them out.
