We are a small 30 unit co-op who had a termite problem that our existing company was not successfully dealing with. I contacted Home Advisor just wanting information about the difference between tenting and treating the building without tenting. Jenny talked to me on the phone and then came the next day to talk to the few board members on site at the time. We were so impressed with her knowledge and experience and conveyed this to the rest of the board, which then hired her company. One of the big selling points for us, was that after the initial treatment, if you keep up a maintenance contract, at the end of five years they completely retreat your building for free. We went with the no tenting approach because the foam material that they inject contains pesticides which kill the termites when they eat it, so the effect persists. They also come out and treat any evidence of infestation as needed. Glad we found her through Home Advisor - thanks Jenny and her team!

My interview with Jenny was what sold me on hiring this company. I truly liked her and felt that she was very interested in doing the job correctly and efficiently.

After talking with Quality Pest Control, I felt confident that they would provide the service discussed. However things quickly went south from there. Not only did they not show up to do the job, I have not been able to contact them by phone. I have called 4 times and left messages but cannot get any response. I now live in Cincinnati and the property's in Ft. Lauderdale, so getting something done long distance is trying. This company doesn't make it any easier. I have lost 2 weeks and will now look for another provider.

What a painless experience! We thought the whole process would be terribly disruptive to our home and family but Quality’s team made it so easy and seamless. If you ever have to be tented, this is the company to do it! Friendly, efficient and a pleasure to do business with.

I didn't hire them because I need to get two additional estimates but I found them to be thorough timely and informative. Seems likely I may give them a call back as the price was reasonable as well
