Bill was our direct contact and he was wonderful. When the tenting was all over he even offered to help us unpack our belongings. He even got rid of a dead frog that I dare would not have attempted to remove. It was not the cheapest tenting service, but it offered the best warranty. This is our second tent job in less than 10 years (first one with a different company) treating swarming termites and I am glad that we have this company to work with in the years to come in the event that they inevitably return. Thank you again.

This company was certainly not the cheapest, but we went with it because the owner was pleasant and took time to answer my questions. We ended up tenting and fumigating the house AND applying the liquid treatment in our attic. I have not been in the attic since then but hope and assume the termites are dead. However, the biggest frustration was that the company significantly overcharged my credit card and for over a month has been giving me the run-around about the overcharge and the fact that they will send by the over payment via check in the mail. We had a fixed price, in writing, for the job, and no additional work was done. Even though my wife and I have been very patient and professional in trying to amicably resolve this matter, all we received for several weeks were false assurances that the over payment would be refunded and now the company and its owner refuses to return my calls and requests. It now is in the hands of the credit card company. Beware.

Very impressed with (1) completeness professional delivery of the initial quote for the service and the dignity with which it was presented. The company owner came out and evaluated the scope of the project and thoroughly explained the procedure. (2) the technician arrived 10 minutes early, notified me at the completion of each phase of the treatment and thoroughly cleaned all areas before presenting the statement for payment. This was not the lowest quotation that I received for this project; . However, I was most impressed by the comportment of the owner prior to making my decision of which company to use to do the work. After the treatment was completed , I was equally impressed by the particular effort and professionality of the technician. I would NOT hesitate to recommend this company to any acquaintance, neighbor or friend.
