From the first estimate until I was back in my house everything about my experience was exceptional. Everyone was polite, professional and helpful and my house and property were just as I had left them. The representative went out of his way to explain everything, came by to check the property prior to tenting and even offered to help with prep.

The service and attention is very personalized with rapid response and exceptionally courteous service. We have a condo situation where we can't tent the property and will probably have an ongoing maintenance situation. Quality Termite has made themselves readily available and we're very pleased so far.

Bill actually came in and spent the time to inspect the entire house for infestation. He was very thorough and explain everything in great detail as of what, how and why. Then he also offered alternative options that I can pick and choose based on the cost that I can afford. Thank you, Bill!
