Great job from estimation to installation. We hired Professional Window to replace all the windows in a rental property. The work was performed as Scott said: on time and with quality. The tenants commented on how professional and considerate the crew had been, covering everything to protect their furniture and belongings. The impact windows they installed look beautiful. Competitive price, great service and quality, we were very happy with the result. The work passed inspection with the city without problems and the inspector commented on how well the job was done. First of all, they arrived when they said they were going to arrive at 8:00a.m., which I was happy with. They worked very efficiently from the moment they started and they were very neat about everything. They covered the furniture in the rooms they were working in so the dust didn't mess everything up. I really really appreciated this because I had painters in my house before who did not do this, so I was very happy that the Professional Window guys did use big plastics coverings on the beds and furniture and floor. The installers were really nice guys and very respectful. And it did not take as long as I thought it would. They were very organized. Overall, they were efficient, effective and the price was very reasonable. Now I do not have to worry about hurricane season! Advice - make sure if you are going to have impact windows installed, you schedule it early, so your kids are not home. Professional Window did a great job and held up to their name!

First Scott informed me that he will take 3 days to install the windows with a pain free and extra clean crew. As he promised... his crew came in and with no playing around, they performed 3/4 of the work. The following day, they installed the other 1/4 and left what needed to be exposed for inspection. On the 3 day, talking about perfection, his whole team made sure what was assigned to them was completed like it was there final chance to proving there worth to life. Every corner, every bead and every screw was checked, double checked and triple checked. This evaluation might seem to you alittle exaggerated, but so did I when they checked there work. The following week, inspection was passed and my windows got cleaned per Scott's final touch. Voila! What a job! This is what contractors should treat you like. Thank you Scott!!!

Professional Window is truly a professional company to work with. From the beginning of the project until the finish and sign off everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. Scott Wilson (the owner) looked at our requirements and proposed changing some of our windows from vertical to horizontal. He reduced our window count and increased our utility. His work crew showed up on schedule and worked until the job was done. They were meticulously clean and ensured none of the dust and debris infiltrated other areas of the house. Scott visited several times during the installation and ensured all work was to his satisfaction. The old windows and subsequent debris were removed and disposed of properly. All of the work areas were cleaned and primed ready for paint. Scott and his crew answered all of our questions and demonstrated the proper care and operation of our windows and doors. We are extremely pleased with the results of our windows and door replacement and would unequivocally recommend Professional Window and Scott Walker for your next window and door project.

They were great; the permit man that came to check the windows said they were the best in the area. I got estimates from five other businesses and they were the least expensive and the best at what they do.

He was prompt and did a great job. It was really hard to find someone that repairs screens and windows too.

Scott and his team did an amazing job when they replaced my windows and sliding door in my condo. They were clean, professional and took care to make sure the installation was perfect. I'm would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who wants to upgrade their windows and glass doors.

This was the second time I used Professional Window. I was very happy with their work when they replaced the windows and slider in my condo, although I did get a couple of estimates from other companies. I was glad their price was very competitive and I decided to use them again. Just like before, their measurements were perfect, they were super clean and their workers were courteous, careful and professional. The windows and slider look terrific and fit perfectly. When the inspector came to review the job, he was very impressed and told me he seldom sees an installation handled so well.

Scott took the measurements of all my windows himself and was very easy going, giving me various options. The process was quite fast; he placed the order and once the windows were manufactured, his friendly staff installed the windows within 2 days. The crew were friendly and paid attention to detail without causing any damage. Once the job was completed, Scott and his quality assurance team came over and assessed the quality of the windows. I'm very pleased with the end result, we are expecting our new born and our home is now secured from storms and intruders and our insurance has decreased significantly. WOW - what can we say about Scott and his team other than they were AMAZING!!! Scott instilled a sense of trust in us immediately from the moment we met him. Once we retained him we got the secure feeling that Scott was working with our best interests in mind. His quote was very fair though not the least expensive. He returned multiple times to ensure accurate measurements. And as this was a major investment we felt very confident before the product was installed. A major criteria for us minimal construction dust throughout the house as we have expensive electronic equipment. Scott's crew wrapped all the electronics and constructed barriers around the work area openings, as well as all our furniture. His crew actually cleaned up the work area prior to leaving each evening even if they were coming back to work in the same area the next morning - this greatly impressed us. When there was a problem with a product from the manufacturer Scott immediately reordered the part prior to us even knowing that there was an issue. Scott was on site daily to ensure that the installation was top quality even though his foreman John was totally on top of everything. Also, John's crew were amazing guys. Anything that we asked to be looked at or replaced or corrected was done with a smile and done immediately. This was a large, complex, expensive project. Going forward, Scott is the one contractor that we would trust to get the job done and done correctly even if we were away traveling. This is the only major renovation that we have ever done that our memories are all positive!!!!

Joe Schierbaum came to my home, on a weekend, and replaced my broken window. He was kind, courteous, and prompt. I would definitely call Professional Window again.

Wow, this is why Angie's List was created, to find wonderful contractors like this!!! I can not say enough good things about Scott and his team. Finding this company made paying for Angie's List subscription worth it 100 times over. I started by getting 4 quotes from 4 different companies to replace our old 1970's windows and doors. Scott came in with the lowest bid, normally I would be hesitant to take the absolute lowest bid because of the old saying "you get what you pay for" but Scott was very thorough in his description of what they would be doing, what the work included, etc. We purchased our house a few years ago and I knew some of the previous work that had been done prior to our owning the house had not been permitted. When Scott asked if I knew if our hurricane shutters had been permitted, I was not sure and said I would look to see if I could find the permit. Scott took the initiative to go to the city the very next day and was able to find the permit (no easy task in SW Ranches). This saved us from having to upgrade all the way to impact windows and stay with the double paned energy efficient windows we wanted. He was able to meet our quick deadline for getting the windows installed, he got the permit lined up and I didn't have to do a single thing! It was by far the easiest contracting experience I have ever had. His crew showed up on time on the scheduled day, they were EXTREMELY courteous, covered all of the furniture so it wouldn't get dust on it. I was so impressed with how quick they were and the work was beautifully done. Some of the other contractors we had received quotes from said that we should expect some damage to the sills around windows when they replaced the windows. Scott's team replaced every single window and door without a chip to any of the sills or our travertine floor. This alone saved us a ton of time and money. It gets even better...I know it sounds like I am getting paid to write this review, I'm not...after all of the work was done and the city inspector had signed off, Scott had a professional window cleaning company come out and clean all of the windows inside and out. He was even able to get it scheduled on short notice so I wouldn't have to do it myself before my baby shower that weekend. I will definitely use Scott's company when we do future renovations and I have already been referring him to all of our friends and neighbors. This company is truly a wonderful find!!!!

Very professional. Scott gave me detailed quotes based on various types of products. The communication was good and Scott and his workers were punctual and did great work. I'm very happy with the windows and doors. I'd definitely use this company again.

It went great. They were very consciousness and they covered up all of the inside with plastic and didn't have to repair anything and paint it when they were finished. The windows work beautifully. They were clean and efficient, I was very happy.

Scott couldn't do the project, because the work was of the scope of his license, but he did call me and recommended someone else who is appropriately licensed to do the kind of work I need to be done.

It went great, Joe Schierbaum is the owner and repairman, he is excellent and doesn't charge outrage prices. I had quotes for just the two windows of 2 to 3 hundred dollars. He also adjusted a slide glass door for $40 which worked instead of replacing the wheels. Excellent guy to know.

We called Professional Window for a quote to have our windows replaced with PGT hurricane impact windows because we read so many positive reviews for this company on Angie's List. Scott Wilson the owner called us back and made an appointment to come out later that week. He arrived on time and was very informative and helpful in explaining the pros and cons of each option (vinyl vs. aluminum frame vs. low-e coating vs. tint vs. insulated vs. casement, etc.) He was very professional and spent a lot of time with us answering our questions and seemed to really want to do a good job and have happy customers. How refreshing to have someone really care about customer service. His quote was very competitive and he was patient with us when we called him back with other questions. He never made us feel like we were bothering him or that we were asking stupid questions even though he must answer the same questions over and over. We ultimately chose another company that was equally customer service oriented but had a little better price. I have lived here since '05, relocating from Boston. I have remodeled most of the interior of my home and Professional Window is the most customer focused and responsive company I have experienced. Scott is doing a superb job with what he does and his team is the very best. And here in South Florida, that counts for everything. So may people have horror stories about contractors. Have no fear here, my recommendation comes very high. Call this company for your windows and you will be treated with respect and you will be very satisfied!

From the very start the communication and effort Scott had with me was great. I am a new home owner and new to Florida and have had a hard time finding reliable contractors.He came to the house, and after I told him what I wanted done, he came up with great suggestions and the initial bid. He was very patient and thorough with me so I had a good understanding of what needed to be done and what my options were. The windows came in on-time and he worked with my schedule so I was able to be there when the installation was done. His crew did an excellent job... they were very pleasant and patient when I asked questions. They cleaned up after each day and left the place looking great. The job had a tricky element, as the house is old and has had some bad work done on it...and they were not only able to fix it...but made it much better. I really appreciate the guys hard work. Overall I am thrilled with the new windows and the change they made on my house....as well as knowing there are still contractors out there that take great pride in what they do.

After looking at several window companies in the Broward County area, I decided to go with Professional window based on their reviews on Angies List. I was not disappointed. In fact, I was very impressed from start to finish. The owner of the company was very pleasant and responsive, always answering my calls or returning messages the same day. He was able to schedule the job within 6 weeks, which includes the time it takes to recieve the custom windows from the factory. The job was difficult and involved removing old windows in a stucco house where the window frames were encased in concrete as part of a decorative shutter. The main concern was not damaging the surrounding stucco, nor the interior window sill, and recreating the reveal. All went well. Mondi, the stucco guy, did a fantastic job. The other 2 guys that installed the windows were great. They worked their butts off in 95 degree heat, had a great attitude, answered all of my questions, paid attention to detail, and cleaned up everything after the job was finished. There were no mistakes or damage. (Be careful with other companies as most put a "we're not responsible"damage waiver in their contracts.) All in All, I cant say enough good things about this company and wouldn't mhesitate to use them again or recommend them to a friend or family member
