Amazing! I have lived in FL for over 30 years and NEVER have I worked with such a professional company. Scott came when he said he was going to come and his estimate was very reasonable. The order was made and we were told it would take 8 weeks for the windows to be ready for installation. I was shocked to receive a phone call from Scott, 4 days prior to the 8 week mark. Just as he promised, he was calling to to confirm the install date. Wow - great customer service as promised. When he and his team arrived, they covered EVERYTHING to not ruin my belongings, they cleaned up any garbage that was made and even swept up the floor from dust. The workers were pleasant, caring and professional. Just like we agreed, the install took two days. I asked how much I owed Scott and he told me NOT to pay him until the final inspection was done (which HE scheduled). I have never had such a wonderful experience with ANY company like this while living in south Florida. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! Oh, and my windows are beautiful.

My new house needed a complete remodel . Considering the cost to do a new structure ( since I removed walls and all windows and doors, It was very important to find the right company. A Neighboor refereed “ PROFESSIONAL WINDOW “ I called and must say Mr. Scott Wilson seemed knowledgeable and interested. I checked a few more companies but end up going with “ PROFESSIONAL WINDOWS” they had a slightly higher price, but after considering the reviews on line I decided to hire this company to replace all my windows and doors. Mr. Wilson came to the house a few times, and seemed very specific about the openings for the new custom products . Unfortunately, once my só expected door arrived, and the installation was scheduled the nightmare started. There were all kinds of mistakes. Mr. Wilson told me to drive to a showroom to see the available options for handles, I decided I wanted recessed handles, which I picked with him the sample. My doors arrived with wholes to install regular handles, and that was just the start. Patiently I had to wait while the doors were exchanged / fixed which still took “ Professional Windows “ weeks to do it. Locks arrived wrong 3 times. My large front window had large dents, and was badly installed , I had to be taking pictures of all the mistakes and send to “ MR. Wilson “ which acted completely irritated and annoyed to the fact as he stated that “my house was taking to much of his time “ it took me a few months to decide to write a review, as I am still waiting for Mr. Wilson to finish my house, and he is been unresponsive to say the list! I ordered very expensive Windows, and had to built a special structure for them, even grind the floors as Mr. Wilson asked in order to fit the large panels in the back, and he still dint order my inspection ! I had also to expend more than $3000 for extra costs in stucco and drywall to covers unleveled bucks . If you are looking for a professional custom installation , I would definitely not recommend “ Mr. Wilson “ company “ PROFESSIONAL WINDOW “ horrible service, and I have hundreds of photos to show it.

I'll give the Quick and long review. Quick - Scott Wilson and Crew at professional window were amazing. Did everything as expected and great quality work. we will not hesitate to use Scott and his crew again on our next investment property. Long: - Wife and I bought a building about a year before the project. Scott was the first person I called for an estimate. He was prompt, kind and very professional. He gave me a CRAZY HIGH price though!!!! (We were from Seattle and unaware of the true cost of hurricane windows).... Our finances did not support his price, and we were convinced Scott would not work out. Over the next year we saved and called at least 7 other companies. Of those, we had to beg to get our estimates, dealt with being stood up and when the estimates finally started coming in we found Scott Wilson consistently on the Low end of the quotes provided. I contacted Scott a year later in July or August. I explained my schedule and asked if we could perform the work the 3 days before Thanksgiving in November. (Mon, Tue, Weds). I knew this was far out and just before the holidays and that could be problematic. Scott agreed to the dates. About 3 weeks out from the project I contacted Scott and asked if we were on track. He confirmed the schedule and set me at ease. Monday came around and Scott's crew did an exceptional job. Minimizing the impact to the tenants in two of 3 units was a concern of mine. Scott's crew laid flooring protector, and plastic "zip walls" anytime they were inside. Every member of Scott's crew was super clean, organized, and professional. They did great work, fast and on schedule. I was VERY pleased with 100% of the window replacements. "The Bad" - Ok, not every project is perfect. Professional window did use a subcontractor on the door replacements. The subcontractor did a professional job, but did not have the same attitude as Scotts crew. They lacked the attention to detail and left a few parts of the job not up to standards. This could have been problematic, However Scott had a great response. "Matt, this is my job, my responsibility and we will get EVERYTHING up to standards. He stuck to his word and fixed every last tiny detail that was a concern (and some that i had not noticed). This personal/professional responsibility is what impressed me the most. Final review - 98% of the project was completed in the 3 day time frame without incident and on budget. The other 2% was completed shortly after as parts/material/time allowed and did not require any followup on my end. Scott is a pleasure to work with and I am very please with the outcome. I will use him for my next project for sure.

The entire experience was superior. Everyone involved . . . Scott, Carlos, Gram, Zach, Bob, and all the other experts whose names I didn't "catch," were truly "on top of their game," as they removed my 29 year-old windows, and installed state-of-the-art hurricane impact windows. And a special shout-out to Carlos, who did some extra work on his own for me, after the work day for the others was completed. All in all, straight A's on all of their report cards.

I had an estimate from Professional 10 years ago and wanted to use them after receiving a few estimates but put it off due to financial strain. So here it was August 2017; I called Scott out again for an estimate. They were fairly priced and in the ball park of others. What stood out was Scott Wilson's honesty, knowledge and professionalism. He did not try to oversell. Boy did I make the right decision. His crew: John, Carlos ( I forget the 2 others names). Were extremely meticulous and neat and always timely. They have been with Scoot for many years and it showed. They ran like a well oiled machine. Scott came daily to oversee things were completed impeccably. The stucco repair work where the window had been replaced, was identical to existing! I can not say enough about how wonderful this company is. They truly shine. I love my casement front windows, french cabana bath and side door and sliders! I had them installed just in time before IRMA! I receive many inquires about my windows from neighbors and strangers & higly recommend Professional! Thanks guys. I don't genially take time to write reviews and had to for you all! Joe did a great job! He called to discuss our needs and explain his plan for solving the issues. Our home is 20 years old and the windows and screens needed work. Joe came on a Sunday to look at the situation and tell us exactly what he would do and gave an estimate for the work. He called a few days later to set up our appointment. He was on time and worked extremely fast. Every screen needed three parts fixed: new screening, new pull flaps, and new metal on the top for insertion into the frame. The windows were provided with new spring rods on both sides of the window and Joe checked to be sure that we were able to raise and lower the windows before he left us. We definitely recommend this company!

Went perfectly, Joe arrived within an hour of my call and was able to quickly fix my window that was off its track. For the slider, he put a new track cover down and cleaned/lubricated it - it’s now sliding perfect.

Scott Wilson and his crew were awesome. Prompt, courteous and professional all the way. They prepped everything so the house was kept fairly clean considering the amount of work done. They are very conscious about details and their customer service is unsurpassed by any other that I know since I discussed this with many of my neighbors who used other companies. Professional Window & Door owner Scott Wilson came to my house and explained all the various issues, options and considerations involved. He patiently explained everything and answered all my questions. Scott’s very professional, focused, no-nonsense customer-oriented approach left me feeling assured that he would make certain everything turned out just right. His great attitude was a deal-maker for me. Scott gave me the lowest quotation of the four companies, and there were no high-pressure sales tactics to try and get me to sign a contract right away, such as a discount that would expire in a few days and leave me looking at a higher price, like some of the other companies. The polite, efficient crew put up floor-to-ceiling dust barriers in each area as they worked, thoroughly cleaning up and vacuuming afterward, so there was never any mess for me to deal with. I also really liked that they removed all my blinds and shades as they went along, then put them back up as they finished in each area. Some hidden defects inside the walls came to light as the job progressed, and the crew brought them to my attention and did whatever was needed to fix them. There was literally empty space above one large window instead of the solid structural material that should have been there, so they fabricated and installed a support structure to correct the deficiency. If they had just ignored it and said nothing, I would have been none the wiser. I think this speaks well to the quality of their work. This is the most attentive company I have dealt with. Calls, messages and questions were answered right away, even when I told them ‘no rush’. After the installation was finished they inspected my house twice more to make sure all the little details were taken care of. I am very pleased with their attitude and attention to detail, and the obvious pride that they take in a job well done. I am very happy to recommend this company to anyone looking to have work done on their windows and doors.

Scott was easy to work with. He responded promptly to our inquiry for information and a quote. He gave us a date and time for installation. His team of 5 (headed by Nick) arrived promptly at 8:30A on day promised. They immediately began work and worked diligently through the day. They took time to protect our home and furnishings from dust. At the end of each day they cleaned their work area. Can't say enough about their quality of work. Nick was not satisfied until the sliding glass doors were installed perfectly, even removing one and reinstalling it until it was just right. The job was finished on time and Scott followed up by having a professional window cleaning come out and clean all of the windows. Job well done Scott and we will highly recommend you to friends and neighbors.

professional, on time, efficient...I would definitely hire them again

This is the first true hurricane we are going through and I thought I had impact windows but wasn't sure. I called on the morning of 10/5/16 and Joe called me back relatively quickly after leaving a message. He quoted me a price which I thought was high but then again, I knew I had waited until last minute. I sent him pictures to show him the large bay windows and door coverings he would be dealing with. I did not have the bolts and screws I needed since I have never used these shutters after buying the house and the previous owner did not leave them by the shutters to find. However, Joe called me twice to see if I needed help and he even went and bought the screws for me. He did half of our shutters and since the price was much higher than I had expected and the hardest ones were done by him, I felt comfortable doing the rest. In addition it took a little additional time to sort out which ones went where since the previous owner did not leave a map for us. I have to commend him for not only being responsive on a day where I did not know how to do something by myself to prepare for a hurricane, but to be so quick and professional and kind. He also called me the next morning to see if I had done the rest which was truly very kind and I appreciated his concern.

Scott and his team were very professional and thorough. We researched several companies and settled for Professional Window. They were the best quote and the Windows were of the best quality. They covered everything so our house was not left dusty and they cleaned up after themselves. The job was done in a very timely manner and Scott was available for any questions and addressed our concerns promptly. We were very happy from start to finish. I highly recommend!

The project went well. Scott is truly great to deal with. All the installers involved did a superb job. This is my second project with this company and I will definitely call them again if needed. I highly recommend them.

After speaking with several companies about my window and door project, I am thankful that a friend referred me to Scott Wilson and his company Professional Window. Some window companies I talked to had sales people who were more interested in upselling products and getting a quick commitment than listening to what I wanted in the project. With Scott, everything was easy and direct without any fluff. He answered any questions I had and was always straightforward. The price wasn't the lowest quote I received, but it was lower than most. After dealing with Scott, there was no way I wanted to entrust a large project like impact windows and doors to anyone else. The turnaround time from signing the contract to installation was 4 weeks. They use PGT products for windows, and generally use Therma-Tru for doors, but there are other companies that they work with. Cliff did a great job of fixing stucco around the Windows, and the installation team installed everything properly and kept the home reasonably clean, outside of the dust that can't be avoided. Professional Window doesn't have a fancy showroom, aggressive promotions, or a big sales team. Professional Window is just a quality company that allows their quality of work and customer service sell themselves. I have already recommended to family and friends, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

We were very impressed by the competence, expertise, and professionalism of the installers. During the time of the installation, they were timely in arriving at our house to begin work. Before beginning the replacement of a particular window or door, they placed heavy-duty cardboard on the floor to prevent any damage to the flooring and put up temporary plastic dividers to minimize the amount of dirt and debris from entering the house. After each day's work, they thoroughly cleaned the area. The company owner, in turn, was on site periodically to oversee the job and to ensure that the work was proceeding as planned. Both the installers and the company owner were quite amiable; they made communication very easy and answered all of our questions honestly and with no hesitation. Finally, the company provided the services of a professional window washer when the work was done. In summary, we are totally satisfied with every aspect of the installation. We would wholeheartedly recommend Professional Windows to anyone who wants our opinion.

I left a message for professional Windows for an estimate. Scott called me back to informed me that his company doesn't travel to the my area. He asked about my projects, which I had more than 1. He gave me very important advice. He advised me to contact a company that only specialize in that project, and not to take on too many projects at once, so that way I can watch over the project better. He stayed on the phone with me for 5-10 minutes explaining the do's and don'ts. I know he was telling me the truth because another company suggested It also. I thought it to be very kind and considerate of Scott. This is a company I know would give you honest advice and care about the business he represents. My only regret is that I'm not in his area.

I would use them again in the future.

We are restoring an 85 year old 2 story house on a double lot on Hollywood Beach. We received 5 quotes to replace the old windows and doors with hurricane impact glass. We awarded the job to Scott Wilson of Professional Windows and boy, are we glad we did. They did an excellent job of communicating, double and triple checking all details and measurements, installing with an impeccable consideration for non-intrusiveness, respect for owner's presence and belongings, and overall cleanliness. The entire team was a joy to work with. We miss having Scott around with his great sense of efficiency and sense of humor. The job entailed much more than anyone anticipated. I would highly recommend anyone using this fabulous team.

We hired Professional Window to install impact windows and sliding doors in our beach townhouse. Scott took the time to present and explain different options for our consideration making sure the windows and sliding doors were nice, functional and would meet requirements given the proximity to the ocean. The installation was done as per specifications with the highest quality and in the timeframe we had agreed. I was myself at the place during the inspection. I always remember what the inspector told Scott: ?You are making my job too easy. I wish all companies were like yours?. I referred Scott to a neighbor that had asked me who had done my installation. My neighbor came back a few weeks later to personally thank me after Professional Windows replaced his windows. We have another house that I?ll be remodeling soon but I already know who is going to be doing the windows!
