The management team and production teams are EXCELLENT. This team is easy to work with, reliable, punctual, hard-working completing work that exceeded my expectations. This is a well run operation that is an asset to home owners in need of help and to our Community.

Mike was, at first, enthusiastic, though I did have to chase him for several weeks after the first estimate to get him to commit to a date to begin work. He's a young guy with a girlfriend and baby trying to build a business, so I wanted to give him a chance. He is not as knowledgeable as he claims, as evidenced by the fact that he does not know plant names and really can't do any high-level or upscale planning. What he suggested was pretty basic, and rather than providing graphic designs of plans of quality plant options, he relied on me to make the decisions for what to plant, though I'd made clear from the beginning my point in hiring a "professional" (which he turned out not to be) was to make those types of decisions for us. For what he charged us, he should have provided a much higher quality presentation. Cutting to the chase, once he got his first 50% deposit, his work went downhill. The following took place: 1. Early in the process, his crew was late to arrive because he was not with them and they could not provide valid legal ID to our security gate. He hires undocumented workers without drivers licenses, then tries to claim they "forgot their ID." Who "forgets" their drivers license when they are driving a company vehicle? Ridiculous lie. 2. Mike was too lazy to cal 811 to have the power lines flagged before digging, and his undocumented worker CUT THROUGH OUR CABLE LINE, cutting off service to our entire block!! I was irate, as my children were taking expensive online classes for college credits which they were then unable to Zoom into because we had no wireless service! I had to call the cable company to fix it, and they charged me $300, because 10 minutes after they fixed it, Mike's worker stepped through the area they were working on and pulled out the temporary wires they had installed! The man from Hotwire was angry and told me he'd never had a landscaper break a repair like that and he'd have to charge for the repair and then the second repair. 3. Mike had told me he would mow my lawn for free, but when I told him the amount of the cable repair (which of course I had told him he was responsible for the since he had been irresponsible about calling 811), he replied, "That's ridiculous! I've never paid more than $100 before!" To which I had to ask, "If you've been charged before for cutting cable wires, why don't you call 811 before you dig?! Why waste money on repair charges!" That is no way to run a business. He then ADDED the "free" mow charge to my hill, think g I wouldn't notice or remember, to get back the money I deducted from my check for the cable repair. I let that go because, again, I was trying yo help a young guy starting a business. I shouldn't have been so kind. 4. He installed a $450 tree that his guys broke while plating, then tried to TIE the branch back up with twine like I wouldn't notice. $450!!! And he makes it look like a piece of trash!! 5. He was supposed to do our monthly maintenance. SIX WEEKS after he hadn't shown up, I texted to request a mow, and he replied, "Oh, I forgot to tell you. I won't be doing your maintenance because your gate won't let my guys in without ID and they often forget their drivers licenses." Again, HUGE LIE. So we received a fine from our HOA for not having our lawn properly maintained, and Mike didn't even bother to reply to me when I asked him to just come one more time so I could avoid the fine. So unprofessional! 6. The sod he installed was infected with fungus. When I texted to ask him to come fix that problem, he blamed us for overwatering, even though he'd set the sprinkler system and timers, then he recommended a buddy of his to come treat for it. As if Mike is so trustworthy that we're going to trust his friends!! Overall, we paid this joker over $10,000 and all we got in return was headaches, fines, fungus, and problems we had to fix ourselves. We do NOT recommend him at all. Look elsewhere if you need a quality landscaper.

Mike and his crew removed a huge oak tree and replaced it with two Bulnesia as required by the City. I'm extremely satisfied with the job these guys did which is rare these days. Highly recommended!

I left 3 messages over the course of 3 weeks and did NOT get a return phone call at all. I called 2 times on the cell phone number and once on the office number and always got voicemail. I left messages and no one ever called me back. I would NOT recommend them at all as obviously they are not reliable or dependable!

All of their work was very professional and every tree looked great when they were finished. My front and back yards were also totally cleaned of all downed cuttings. I highly recommend Paradise Look!!

Good luck trying to get this guy to answer his phone or return any calls or texts. If it's additional to what they want to provide to you each month, they apparently want no part in it. Multiple phone calls and texts over a period of 4-8 weeks were never returned and all we were trying to do was give these people more work and money. I own a fabrication shop, and he treated me this way even after we hooked him up and fixed one of his box truck for near cost as a favor. The owner also doesn't speak the same language as his workers, so on multiple occasions things were done that were not requested, twice even being removing things that we didn't want removed. I'd recommend finding a different company to give your money to, unless you like bad tastes in your mouth....

The company installed different sized plants than they had quoted me for. Then, gave me some story about how they were better that size and that they’d be the correct size in a few months; they aren’t. They were also supposed to continue coming out for lawn maintenance. They never returned and have not returned my messages. They also removed all the mulch from the plant beds, where they installed the new plants, without putting down any weed counter measures. Now, the weeds are growing wild all over my new plants.

Tree was safely removed from a tight place with no damage to the adjacent house, wall, or utilities. Stump was completely ground, and the entire area was cleaned and swept. Even tho job was larger & costlier than estimated, insisted on the original estimated cost. Highly recommended.

Mike was terrific and his workers were awesome. On time, efficient and worked, worked, worked! I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future. They were super careful and the cleanup was the absolute best! Thank you for taking care of my property!

These guys are fantastic. They are reasonably priced, do a great job and clean up well. Ask for Mike. He will take good care of you.

They were extremely professional! They came to the house right away and gave me a quote in writing (no one else would put it in writing!). The price was very reasonable. They showed up on time and completed the work in just a few hours. They were able to remove the vine without damaging the bark on the trees. They cleaned up everything! Excellent work! I highly recommend!

I needed to have some berries and coconuts cut. The coconut and Christmas palm trees needed to be trimmed. Mike arrived Friday and gave a fair quote. His crew arrived Tuesday and the job was completed with in an hour. From start to finish Mike and his team did an AWESOME job!

From the start with the appt to give estimate to the final clean up, the service was great.

It went very smooth. Mike and his team was very professional and punctual. They did everything promised and then some. They also saved a family of Owls that was hidden in the top of the tree. Would definitely use them again for any of their services.

I was so happy up until a month ago. Whoever is doing my lawn does not weed or trim any of the plants. I have also asked for an extra job replacing some plants in both the front and side of my house. Mike was very professional and punctual. I called for some tree trimming service and within half an hour I received a phone call from Mike to set up an appointment. The appointment was set for 9 AM the next day and Mike was knocking at my door at 9 AM. Within an hour of our meeting I received an email with a detailed estimate for the work to be performed. The work was performed a day earlier than scheduled. His crew did an excellent job trimming the trees and removing the debris. I have used other companies in the past with average results. This company has exceeded my expectations and I will be using them for my yearly tree trimming.
