I would not recommend this company. You get what you pay for. Purchased termite treatment with 3 year warranty to cover additional treatments when needed. Poor customer service with slow response time.. takes 3 weeks to get an appointment to treat live/active outbreak. I would recommend going with a larger company with more staff/technicians to handle volume in season even if the cost is a little bit higher. Peace of mind goes a long way.. lesson learned

The technician from the Naples office, Patrick Walsh, was the best. On time, notified me of arrival time, took care of the problem right away. The best!
